I got it today at 10am. After fidling with trying to fit it in my ears, I decided to return it at 7:30pm. The design isnt very ergonomic an at its most fit, it feels like it will fall out at any minute. The tech may be fine but I cant enjoy my investment not fitting snug and feeling like if I go for a good run, it will fall out.

Wow that's a bummer. You can always hit up our customer service team on our website. We can set you up with a true wireless earbud that would work for you. We would suggest that you check out the Sesh true wireless, they fit in ear much better.

The Indy true wireless ear buds are great for your everyday ear pods. The case also charges the buds when you are not using. The battery life is about 16 hours. They fit snug in my ears and didn’t budge when I was exercising. To change options such as volume, pair, answer calls, skip or forward a song you just tap one side or the other. This takes a bit to get used to, especially when putting the buds on and adjusting them before you start playing music. I found that sometimes it was confusing the buds as they thought I was trying to issue commands via tapping. But after a few minutes I worked it out. I did have them disconnect when walking one time and I had to shut them off and repair them to get them to work again. This only happened once so I will call it fluke. The sound is fairly good, the high and mid tones are real crisp, the bass is good but could be better and deeper. Outside noise pollution is low with the ear pods fully inserted, these are by no means noise cancelling but do a good job of sealing in your ear to minimize outside sounds via the rubber tips that seal the canal off. The Indy is sweat and splash proof but not waterproof (IPX4) These are a great alternative to other BIG Brand names that are two or three times as much. I love the truly wireless aspect, now if I can keep from losing one or the other if I set them down outside of the case after exercising. I would recommend these to friends and family.

They look good and sound good. They are bulky and too big so they fall out even after changing the different buds provided. They make your ear hurt and their not comfortable at all. I bought for my husband and he didn’t like them so I traded him my cheap ones and I didn’t like these either. Now I’m pushed to look for another pair.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the fit of your Indy earbuds. We would recommend perhaps giving our other products like the Sesh Truly Earbuds a try for less bulky and more flush fit. We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future!
