One ear louder than the other

Forst set had a louder right ear. Second set louder left ear. Associate helped me reset the pair of earbuds and it worked for two days only... Guy at the store said that when a company comes out with a new product, wait until the second or even tvird generation. I ended up goin with the jlab wireless set. Skullcandy missed the mark with these...
