Right ear bud stopped charging in case. Common problem on reviews on their site. Didn’t make it over 7 months. Never really fit wife’s small ear canals anyway. Took refund and got Skullcandy Venue ANC instead. Much better product.

I love the skullcandy brand itself . Owned a bunch of wire/wireless headphones . This was the first time buying this model and to my surprise the command earpiece didn't work . I try charging and hold the sensor to turn it on for more than a minute but didn't work but I was able to return and exchange thank you best buy

Constantly disconnecting and turning off while in-ear. The tapping functions to answer, stop, pause, skip, play, and rewind don’t work whatsoever—one in ten taps might register, on occasion, if the earbuds feel like it. Bass is also terrible.

Left side doesnt pair with any device but it will turn on and say "pairing". Right side connects with no issues. Bought on 2/15, stopped working 3/3. Allowed time to return was 3/1, go figure. Spend your money on a better product!

I had been stalking this product for months! I ended up very disappointed, because I had to return them. You cannot use them independently. I usually walk around my home with only one in, so that I can also hear my family. With these earbuds, you have to wear both for them to work.

Review for Skullcandy - Indy True Wireless In-Ear Headphones - Black These buds are easy to set up and their sound is quite good. They are a little bright and may disappoint people who like a lot of bass, but I found they sound good outdoors where high frequencies get lost in environmental sound. The gel fittings make them feel more secure in your ears during movement or exercise, but also mask some surrounding sound too. I think these buds are a great alternative to similar but more expensive options. They are good for 3-4 hours on a charge and the charging case can provide an additional 12 hours. Things I liked less: Like every truly wireless bud I have ever tried (and there have been a good number!) these can drop the audio more than you would like. I also found using them to talk on the phone to be very frustrating. The controls take too long to pick up a call and the person on the other end kept asking me to repeat myself.
