To be honest these are the worst headphones I’ve had next to the free ones they give you on a flight. The sound quality is garbage they sound blown out every time the bass hits. For phone calls and what not you can’t really here anyone your talking to unless you’re in a room with absolute silence. I regret giving these a shot. It’s honestly worth it to pay double for AirPods it or other pod type headphones. DO NOT BUY!

Difficult to use

As for controlling the volume, to turn the volume down, tap the LEFT side once and to turn the volume up, tap the RIGHT side once.
