Depending on the user, these may be adequate or they may be lacking. Pairing and future reconnections to both my computer and phone are simple to do and happen efficiently. The range is also better than some of my other Bluetooth headphones. I can wander around my apartment and not have any issues with the connection even when I go to areas my other devices cannot reach. Call quality is excellent. Unlike some other devices on the market, phone calls are played in both ears. The right ear must be used but the left ear may also be used to improve the audio. In my case, I hear better out of my left ear, so I prefer to have both running. When asking people how I sound when speaking to them through the headphones, they have no complaints. Music quality is decent but not amazing. The bass is lacking and these tend to have a tinny sound without any equalizer adjustments on my phone or computer. Some tracks sound great and then others are blatantly missing details because of the lack of bass. As stated above, some people may love them as is. For me, I would like better audio. Volume control is simple. Just tap the appropriate ear to increase or decrease. Play/Pause is a double tap and pretty easy to do. Changing tracks is easy if I want to skip a track. However, it is almost impossible to go back beyond the beginning of the current track. The motion is a 2 second tap. The backward tap just keeps sending me to the beginning of the current track. Battery life of the headphones is about 4-5 hours per charge. They say the case can recharge the headphones 4 times but I have charged them more than that and the case is still half full. The only battery issue I have is that there is no warning when they are about to die. They just turn off. This is really annoying if in the middle of a phone call. Last but not least, fit is a challenge. It takes some getting used to before I get these to stick in my ears. Once in, they are extremely comfortable and I can wear them from a full charge until the batteries die. However, if I start moving around a lot, they will sometimes start to fall out. In one case, I was washing my hands and one almost went for a swim.

These earbuds get everyday use & never seem to give us any trouble.
