    I used them around a dozen times at best, I didn't abuse them. They stopped connecting via Bluetooth to my phone and each other. I attempted to reset them to no avail. Very disappointed.

    I bought these headphones a few months back. They worked at first but I can not reset them. I have followed the reset procedure but only one headphone will reset. The right one will not reset.

    since i got for some as a gift I didn't give them right n unfortunately I was unable to exchange them are because They were defective .only the right one works they were gifted on 06.06.20

    I bought these for my daughters birthday in April. Late April as a matter of fact and now one won’t charge. It’s only June. I’m returning them and hopefully I’ll get my money back.

    Fall out extremely easy, sometimes very difficult to connect btooth,touch is too sensitive an not sensitive enough at the same time,great idea horrible product sorry to say.

    Battery life closer to 6hrs than 16. Have trouble get connected to my iPhone, it shows as active on my Bluetooth setting but won’t connect. When I get them to connect one works and one doesn’t

    As much as I like the skull candy brand, unfortunately they got to go back to the R&D department and build up a more reliable BT signal strength, as well as comfort. Next time guys.

    Design over functionality

    I purchased the earbuds one week previous, after using the included wired earbuds with my phone for a long period. I chose to get these because I am adverse to AirPods and I have great affinity for Skullcandy. I also wished to be able to charge my phone while still using earbuds. Shopping around, I felt that the price point for wireless ear buds was too high in general, since it’s apparent that if you want to use an iPhone as intended, you have to have wireless earphones as well. These are truly affordable. There is nothing to complain about regarding battery life, charging times, sound quality or design. Using them was a bit hard to get used to, but I imagine I’d feel the same way about any wireless earbuds, and I enjoyed using them when they were functioning. However, when attempting to use them today, they had issues with pairing. They powered on but did not connect. I followed the guide for re-connecting the earbuds to my phone provided by Skullcandy’s website, which has also been widely disseminated. It suggested that forgetting the device and re-pairing it may help. Following the steps did not fix the connection and after doing this, one earbud shut off and would not power on. It’s light indicating charging in the case also did not turn on. The case itself and the other earbud’s lights are on, indicating that they are working normally. The other earbud powers on, but cannot connect to my phone. I do not see this as Skullcandy’s failure, they foresaw this issue and provided troubleshooting. For whatever reason it does not work for me. It is very frustrating to not be able to use them, especially since I can’t just use wired earbuds and not worry about it. Again this relates to my experience which reflects my star rating. Considering my short time with normal functionality, the price point and my own mistake to not opt for a warranty, I am not able to recommend them. I would suggest that other consumers in my position buy some of Skullcandy’s wired earbuds and a Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter.

    These headphones are terrible and cost way too much for what you get. Every time bass hits they go static. Definitely wouldn’t buy them!

    They fit well in my ear but the the Bluetooth just disconnects on its own and got annoying!!!! I think I am going to return them!!

    I bought a defective one....then I decided to buy another one and the bluetooth connection wouldn't connect. And the microphone was not good, the other person couldn't hear me well.

    Stopped working after one week, was forced to return. Ended up buying ecanfire wireless earbuds on amazon which were cheaper and a vastly superior product.

    They don’t pair together, sound quality sucks, aren’t loud enough, Bluetooth is crap. Even the on/off volume up/down is confusing. What a pile of garbage.

    They work ok indoors but as soon as you step outside they constantly lose connection. I would not recommend anyone purchase these wireless devices.

    I bought these during quarantine but the charger case was broken right out b of the box! I was very disappointed. I haven't been able to return them.

    I've issues trying to use them with multiple devices and staying connected. They only seem to stay connected anywhere from 2-3 mins at a time.
