The item is just ok. You have to pay a yearly subscription to fully unlock all the options. It lacks functionality. Way too expensive for what you get.

This took up too much space and when it asked me to pay $39 to be able to upload photos....I decided to return it. We are back to using our calendars on our existing phones, tablets, and watches.

Got this during a price drop at a very good price for my daughter for her birthday will be giving it to her soon

You drop a lot of money for this calender and it is not upfront about there being a 80 dollar subscription a year to use 75% of the features my wife wanted. Was really upset, cause we were looking forward to using it, but will be returning it.

The software is impossible. We have three people can only get two on it and then it sends double events. We're going to obliterate everything and start over.

For the first week it was pretty cool. Then it started going black, flashing the SkyLight logo. After a few more days, it can’t be powered on anymore. Garbage. Returning to get a replacement to try again.

When it works, its great. In less than two months it has completely stopped working twice. The wifi went out on our original within the week. Less than two months later the replacement skylight no longer turns on. We are actively troubleshooting with the manufacturer. Customer service is fairly responsive, but i shouldn't have this many issues with a 350 dollar product. Subpar quality and components.

The calendar is great. The down part is I paid for $79 for the subscription to be able to upload pictures and I was never able to. After many back and forth with customer service, I finally just asked for a refund. They did refund my money. I would have preferred for the pictures to work.

It's a decent product but their support is TERRIBLE! Called three times about WiFi connectivity issues and each time they said I would get a callback from a tech support rep....still nothing.

Waste of money! Purchased on 8/4 and cannot return it 19 days later! Do not purchase this from Best Buy the return policy is awful. It will not connect to internet for longer than an hour. I have to go through skylight to hopefully resolve this issue, because Best Buy is of no help

This Skylight Calendar is one of those things you didn't know you needed, but you do. You can keep up with chores, grocery lists, events, meal planning. Finish a chore, mark it off, and bam, everyone's in the loop. Whenever you run out of something, just add it to the grocery list. No more forgetting that crucial ingredient for dinner. And with the meal planning, you can jot down what's for dinner each day. Super handy when you're staring into the fridge, trying to figure out what to cook. It's like having a digital hub for all things family-related. As far as the calendar, you can sync multiple calendars from multiple family members and any changes they make on their Google, Outlook, or whatever calendar app they use, will show up almost instantly. It's really useful for glancing at a day and seeing what all everyone has going on without having to ask everyone. Size-wise, it's just right. Not too big, not too small – the 15-inch touchscreen fits the sweet spot. Enough space to keep everything organized without being an eyesore on the wall. This thing feels solid too. The touchscreen is smooth and setting it up was a breeze. No tech headaches – just plug it in, follow a few steps, and you're good to go. If you're looking to make household organization a bit less stressful, this smart calendar is worth checking out. It's like our little family command center. Everything's in one place – chores, groceries, and meal plans. It keeps things organized without the clutter of post-it notes and random scribbles on the fridge. Honestly, it's become our go-to for keeping the household running smoothly. Such a simple idea, but it makes a big difference.

The Skylight frame is great to see all your events, chores, and lists in one place. You can sync your google calendar or other popular calendar applications right to the frame. You can also add to your calendar within the Skylight app. The Skylight mobile device application is mission critical to maximize the functionality of this device and you will want to read the permission pop ups closely to ensure your individual comfort level is maintained. Our children have been loving the chore chart. We add chores in the app and the kids can check them off on the frame as they complete the tasks. Each person can be assigned their own color on the calendar and chore list. My wife and I really enjoy the shared grocery list. We can both add items and see it on the app on our phone and on the skylight calendar. The one item to remind is that everyone who interacts with the frame needs to be using the mobile app.   We wanted to try all the frame’s features and added the Skylight subscription for the photo upload and preview feature. Another family member has the Skylight frame so we add photos to her frame and our frame easily. The interface in the app helps you to upload photos to the correct frame if you have access to multiple Skylight frames. Without the photo feature the calendar is a little boring as it just displays the calendar or chore chart, with weather on the wall all day.   The set up was very easy. The mounting bracket seems a little bulky. It is made of heavy metal but you screw it into plastic on the back of the frame. It is heavier than I anticipated and it needs to be very securely mounted to the wall with anchors.   A con of the frame is the app can be a little glitchy. I tried to delete some things on the app and it crashed. Sometimes after uploading photos it gets stuck on the loading page and crashes too. Once you close out of the app and open it again it seemed to work fine. The picture quality on the frame is respectable and the brightness of the screen also works in any lighting, making it usable in almost all rooms. This has helped us as a busy family see what each day looks like and organized with who needs to be where more efficiently. The addition of the chore chart and sharable lists are both nice added features which has benefited our family of 4.

80% of the features advertised don’t work without paying for a subscription. Operation software is lagging and not integrated with any smart home such as google or Alexa.

Got charged 50$ when i didnt even do the yearly thing still 2 weeks later no email receipt from it or anything just it being charged out of my account

Basic calendar with any useful things to this calendar requires subscription. Unfortunately, you can get what this offer with no additional subscriptions in the echo 15 or 21 and additional services so it just doesn't make sense.
