You drop a lot of money for this calender and it is not upfront about there being a 80 dollar subscription a year to use 75% of the features my wife wanted. Was really upset, cause we were looking forward to using it, but will be returning it.

System looks great at first and has a ton of useful features! That said, No where on the packaging or product information does it say “Subscription Required to use these features”

The software is impossible. We have three people can only get two on it and then it sends double events. We're going to obliterate everything and start over.

The calendar is great. The down part is I paid for $79 for the subscription to be able to upload pictures and I was never able to. After many back and forth with customer service, I finally just asked for a refund. They did refund my money. I would have preferred for the pictures to work.

For the first week it was pretty cool. Then it started going black, flashing the SkyLight logo. After a few more days, it can’t be powered on anymore. Garbage. Returning to get a replacement to try again.

It's a decent product but their support is TERRIBLE! Called three times about WiFi connectivity issues and each time they said I would get a callback from a tech support rep....still nothing.

For the money you spend on this thing, it’s remarkably limited. Plus, to take advantage of basic things like “meal planning” or uploading pictures, you’ve got to buy into their subscription nonsense. Hardware and screen are poor quality compared to similarly priced tablet devices.

I think this could've been a great product if the company decided to either give free updates to an already expensive item or lower the total cost in place of the subscription fee. This doesn't go by whether you "have the means" to pay for the subscription or not, companies shouldn't be charging full price for half the product and then monthly or yearly for the rest of it. Also considering, besides Amazon, this is the only possible digital calendar out there, you would think they'd be just fine with how much they already make. This just seems greedy and bad business practice, would not recommend.

Waste of money! Purchased on 8/4 and cannot return it 19 days later! Do not purchase this from Best Buy the return policy is awful. It will not connect to internet for longer than an hour. I have to go through skylight to hopefully resolve this issue, because Best Buy is of no help

As far as the calendar, you can sync multiple calendars from multiple family members and any changes they make on their Google, Outlook, or whatever calendar app they use, will show up almost instantly. It's really useful for glancing at a day and seeing what all everyone has going on without having to ask everyone. Size-wise, it's just right. Not too big, not too small – the 15-inch touchscreen fits the sweet spot. Enough space to keep everything organized without being an eyesore on the wall. This thing feels solid too. The touchscreen is smooth and setting it up was a breeze. No tech headaches – just plug it in, follow a few steps, and you're good to go. If you're looking to make household organization a bit less stressful, this smart calendar is worth checking out. It's like our little family command center. Got charged 50$ when i didnt even do the yearly thing still 2 weeks later no email receipt from it or anything just it being charged out of my account

80% of the features advertised don’t work without paying for a subscription. Operation software is lagging and not integrated with any smart home such as google or Alexa.

Calendar sync is slow. Wish screen was IPS. But works well for the most part.

Half. Half of the features on the home screen are locked behind a paywall subscription. This is a substantially overpriced and laughably unimpressive tech. It seems really disingenuous to not mention the subscription.

Everything worked great for about 24 hours and then the WiFi disconnected. The WiFi will not reconnect and not reset following the instructions from support for the 3 long presses. Ironically enough, I cannot even hard reset the device because it tells me to check my network connection. From what I understand, this needs to connect to a 2.4G WiFi which is fine and I would gladly make that change if i could reset this worthless piece of junk
