The guys installed the August lock very professionally. They were very friendly.

Best Buy uses third party installers to do the job. The problem is when they don’t know how to set up the equipment. The guys installed the smart locks but was completely clueless how to program it to the app or fix the lock to smoothly engage the door. Very dissatisfied with the company for this wasted $300

Total of 4 appts were made for this service. All no shows. have been very satisfied w all of BB's service during our construction. not sure what happened during this service. Very disappointed and it pains me to give such a bad review. Again, BB has been grt up until this appt.
