Geek squad came out to install an August WiFi/BT smart lock for our front door, and numeric keypad. The techician did a great job and explained things to me every step of the way. It works like a charm!

I wanted to have a smart garage opener and purchased a MyQ to do so. The reason I did so is I knew the Geek Squad would install it and they did a great job with the installation and explaining how to use it. Very happy.

The agent contacted me in advance. The agent arrived on time and installed my smart deadbolt and ensured that it was working properly. He was very friendly and inquired if there were any questions and answered all that were asked.

At the time I purchased this new lock, Best Buy/Geek Squad was offering free installation. I am so glad I waited to buy until the installation was offered for free. There was no way I would have been able to put it in. The technician was quick, efficient, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

They’re installation was very quick, but they did not offer to assist us in setting up the app on our phones to connect with the lock device. This is disappointing and frustrating.
