At the time I purchased this new lock, Best Buy/Geek Squad was offering free installation. I am so glad I waited to buy until the installation was offered for free. There was no way I would have been able to put it in. The technician was quick, efficient, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I love Geek Squad they do all my installation from my appliances , security cameras, television, surround souds, echo and my smart locks . Love it

They’re installation was very quick, but they did not offer to assist us in setting up the app on our phones to connect with the lock device. This is disappointing and frustrating.

Tech was onsite and ontime for getting the Yale lock installed. The locksmith ensure everything was working fine and gave us a tutorial on how to use the keypad and the app. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable with the product.

The lock was not fully installed. I got the sense that the person installing the lock did not know much about the Google Home app or the Nest app, which is critical to making sure it all works. I still had an uninstalled piece of the lock system that the Geek Squad person said couldn't be installed but my brother in law was able to easily install (the piece that the bolt goes into) I still am not able to use the lock through either the Nest app or the Google Home app and it's very frustrating.

The guys install a thermostat and a front door lock. There were some technical challenges mostly because of the wiring in the house, but they stuck with it and got the system working.

Love my new door lock. Very convenient and I like how you can get different codes out and then arrest them all and change them whenever you want. Definitely super easy to use.

Lock was a little too big so they cut and made hole bigger so lock can fit perfectly,and they connected lock to my wifi and installed app on my phone and made sure everything was working before they left. Excellent service

Installation was OK. but the person making the install was not a Geek Squad Agent. He was a contractor assigned by Geek Squad. It was the first time he had seen this lock, and had to follow the instructions just like I would have had to. I could have done it myself, it was very simple.
