Love my new door lock. Very convenient and I like how you can get different codes out and then arrest them all and change them whenever you want. Definitely super easy to use.

The guys install a thermostat and a front door lock. There were some technical challenges mostly because of the wiring in the house, but they stuck with it and got the system working.

The lock is great. Installation didn't take long. Very easy to operate manually or via smart device.

The lock was not fully installed. I got the sense that the person installing the lock did not know much about the Google Home app or the Nest app, which is critical to making sure it all works. I still had an uninstalled piece of the lock system that the Geek Squad person said couldn't be installed but my brother in law was able to easily install (the piece that the bolt goes into) I still am not able to use the lock through either the Nest app or the Google Home app and it's very frustrating.

Paul and David were really nice, decent, easy-to-work-with, knowledgeable, and very friendly but highly professional. Paul called afterward to check if everything was right. very nice person.

Awesome service. Joe installed the lock neatly and Setup the Wi-Fi with lock , helped me in setting up Registration and explained the features very clearly and patiently.

Tech was onsite and ontime for getting the Yale lock installed. The locksmith ensure everything was working fine and gave us a tutorial on how to use the keypad and the app. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable with the product.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but the product is excellent and the service team is very patient.

Lock was a little too big so they cut and made hole bigger so lock can fit perfectly,and they connected lock to my wifi and installed app on my phone and made sure everything was working before they left. Excellent service

The agents did a good job making sure that the door lock worked properly and that it was aligned so i can ion and lock the door remotely

This was my first experience having Best Buy's Geek Squad do an installation. We had the Yale x Nest small lock installed on our front door. lIt was quick and easy and set up perfectly in no time. We've had no problems and are happy with the product and installation.

Installation was OK. but the person making the install was not a Geek Squad Agent. He was a contractor assigned by Geek Squad. It was the first time he had seen this lock, and had to follow the instructions just like I would have had to. I could have done it myself, it was very simple.

The agent did a great job installing and setting up my door lock. He was very professional and informative.

The product need an upgrade connection to be connected to Wi-Fi . First, the sales person does not mention it during my purchase . After it first installed, the installer asked for the items which I don’t have. I went back to Best Buy but you don’t carry it. I ordered from Yale and when it arrived, I made an appointment but nobody showed up. I am glad I called one hour before the window expired. I was so prostrated waisting several hours and no bode called me.

The Best Buy technical support team(s) are excellent. They are methodical and approached our installation with professionalism and well organized. Keep up the good work.

Geek Squad did an awesome job! He showed up and did the job in a professional manner and in a timely manner.

So worth the cost. Saved myself a few hours on installation and they were able to trouble shoot issues easily.

Overall, I have had really outstanding service from Geek Squad. This was not one of those times. A smart deadbolt lock was to be installed. The guy opened the box and took the old lock apart to place the new one. He called me over to let me know he couldn't do the install because the deadbolt throw was too long and he wasn't able to modify the door to make it fit. I said ok and sent him on his way for me to figure it out later. When I reexamined the problem, I saw that literally Step 1 of the instructions said to twist the deadbolt body to adjust the length of the throw to fit the door. There's no way he could have missed that, especially since the deadbolt is packaged in the shorter configuration which my door requires! I'm convinced he just didn't want to do the install, twisted the lock to make it longer, and created the bogus story to get out of doing the work. It cost me so much time and effort to wait over a week for the appointment only for him to bail on doing the work. Super unprofessional! I ended up having to do the whole thing myself. What a pain!

I could have done this myself, but I am a perfectionist (read picky) and I knew it would take me forever if everything wasn't JUST right. This guys did a great job, even returning to fix a problem that happened after the fact.

Our Geek Squad guy was super fast installing the lock and we have been having fun using our phones and the keypad to lock and unlock the door.
