    best buy coordination is terrible. no coordination between store, tech support, web site, credit card. wish i could say something positive. tech support people who come are personable, but i feel bad they have no backup.

    The agents mounted my TV on the wall. It fell off the wall didn’t even report the damage I had to call to report that they damaged my wall. Every agent said a manager will call me and nobody called.

    One of the worst service received from BestBuy in 20 years. The tech didn’t tell me before there is a charge. Thought it is a diagnostic issue and expected to give estimate before starythe job. The tech lied to the store manager that he informer me of the cost upfront.

    Work done was very unsatisfactory and the technician wasn’t friendly. One of the cameras did not receive signal and the technician thought the camera was defective. I was expecting the technician to replace the camera after visiting for a second time but never did anything about it. So disappointing.

    Said I should wait until the summer because the camera didn't work because it was in the shade and not getting charged. Said he would waive the charge for the visit. He didn't!

    Video cameras installed by a contractor,

    I had an appointment, with an independent contractor, who installed my video cameras, but he did not show up, he change the appointment for today Saturday 2 but again did not show up

    The Phillip Hue lights are not turning on with my phone. When the Greek Squad was here ii was working. A day later it wasn't working.

    Geek squad got my home cameras working

    We moved to a new house that had nest doorbell and camera that the previous owners neglected to transfer. I tried everything to reconnect them to my new account, but nothing worked. I went to best buy hoping that they could help, they charged me $100 for home services. They sent two folks that knew what they were doing....it took them over 2 hours but they got both connected and even helped with a few things I didn't ask for. My other option was to remove these, which would have required a new doorbell at least. Now I am using these items as intended and the cost was beyond reasonable.

    Glad to have agent Kevin assist me with looking at my property to assess what technology will work within my parameters. He was a great resource for getting the most efficient use of equipment for my space.

    Sonos system update.

    The agent analyzed the problem with my Sonos/LG TV and fixed the problem. He also suggested a system modification that would improve my whole system. We are going to have to do the modifications at a later date because of component availability. I was very happy with the tech notion and will have the geek squad to the modification when the component become more availible at Best Buy.

    Your 800 number needs some attention. This is the second time that they booked work that your people are not able to do. It not the Geek Squad Agent, the problem is the clerk taking the order on front end.

    Geek squad set up the Sonos sound system quickly and successfully tuned it to my husband’s hearing loss. He’s very pleased with it!
