The installation was fine, just need to be carefull that the door closes without pushing or pulling, the barrel fits the wall hole, etc. The device is GREAT.

I have 4 of these. I have been using nest Yale previously (still have them). Eufy are newer smaller better battery options plus matter compatibility (not fixed only to eufy app or platform). Only disappointing issue is one of the 4 goes offline every now and then can be a few hours or days. WiFi speed and signal is v good. Just the one device. Done the remove reinstall etc. still happens. DONT sign for cloud - buggy generated tons of issues all devices. Tech support is mainly chat gpt bots so you won’t get much there.

good smart lock, so far so good, I have a month with this smart lock, easy installation, finger print and app works great.

Love the lock.. best purchase ever not sure what took me so long to get a key less lock. Now the kids can have entry without keys! Let a spend the night when I was out of town and it work great didn’t have to hid a key outside.

Easy to set up and configure. I guess the only bad thing was that they didn’t have a silver color to match my door, but other than that it is amazing

I like the ease of installation and set up. Not sure on the battery life. Didn’t come with a charging cord.

I purchased this right before the newest one came out, so I returned this item, and purchased the upgraded version. The newer one is better and more secure. This one uses finger print only and is not as sleek and doesn't really have any additonal features. I'd recommend getting the newest one which uses your veins on your palm as a key, and has a hidden keylock behind the doorbell, a camera, and viewing screen.

easy to set up and works great. i would recomend this product.

Very easy setup. Rechargeable battery is a plus. Would recommend a second battery if using for an Airbnb as the battery takes awhile to recharge. Have had connection issues with other Eufy locks and trying a model with a rechargeable battery to see if it does better.

Easy to install and easy to use, definitely recommend this product.

Featuures are great. Fingerprint lock, camera quality. Bateery dirs every 2 weeks. I even changed the setting to extend the battery life. Still dies just as quick. Attempted to contact eufy support to file a claim, for maybe a faulty battery. The claim went no where. They asked me to send a receipt. I bought this online and sent the only online order information i had and they kept saying that is not a receipt. It has the order number, itme and payment infor.ation. i dont understand what other receipt they are asking for.
