    Love the lock

    I love this lock the convenience of a fingerprint system and ease of locking and unlocking is great. What i was disappointed about was the paid installation the technicians are not locksmiths so any doorway not properly installed or with narrow lock gauges that need modification you will have to hire a locksmith to correct. Other than that it works like a charm!

    Have been really enjoying the product. Fingerprint unlock/lock and also an auto lock has been very convenient. Also being able to view motion and speak to person at front door with minimal delay has been good experience so far over the last year.

    DO NOT Buy! The Technology Does Not Last

    I purchased this during the Kickstarter campaign and received in Oct/Nov'22. My lock stopped working after less than 2 years of use. I cannot even use it manually because 3 people are in my house and the key cannot be copied due to a security feature. Eufy is no help since they say it's out of warranty. The issue was the door was saying the deadbolt was stuck even though it actually had opened. Eufy customer service advised me to reset the device. Now, I'm stuck at the calibration step and I'm getting the door is locked message even though the lock actually is opening and closing. I cannot move past this step to finish setup. $280 down the drain since I also bought the extra battery.

    Paid for new and got used! Then took it to my local Best Buy to return or exchange for a new one and they refused to help saying their is nothing they could do due to wrapping being removed from box! It’s like You guys took a used returned product and boxed it back up and reshrunk wrap it. Will definitely not be purchasing anything from Best Buy again and probably not eufy.
