I've never owned a Eufy product before so this is my maiden voyage into the world of Eufy. And I must say, I'm somewhat impressed. If you have ever installed any run of the mill deadbolt, then most of the difficult portion will be pretty easy. You get the exterior fingerprint/keypad/video camera housing, the deadbolt, and the interior manual knob/battery housing. Once all of that is attached and tested, then all that's left is to the install the app, install the bridge/chime, and update-update-update. The app is very intuitive and helpful. It guides you through the step by step process of installing the physical lock itself, and then setting up the bridge/chime, and the features are all great. The bridge chime HAS to be installed in order to proceed in installing the smart lock itself. I guess this is done so that it can access the wi-fi in a greater more stable capacity. You have an opportunity to set up the fingerprint sensor, a multi-digit passcode, and do some tweaking such as video settings, auto lock, on touch locking, and others. My only gripe is the night vision on the camera. It's not the clearest looking video, and a little calibration freedom would have been nice. That's my only real gripe with the Eufy smart lock. Other than that, it's been smooth sailing. I just wish it came with an extra battery so you're never waiting for it to charge while your smart lock is essentially sleeping.

Cameras work seamlessly with the Eufy app. Easy installation and setup with step by step directions. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Picture is clear and works like a real doorbell with the home base. Fingerprint access and face recognition work excellent. Battery seems to be working long so far.

Works great - all in one solution with camera, doorbell and electronic lock. Pictures are nice and clear. Haven't tried fingerprint access yet. Easy installation, only took 20 minutes. Phone app connected instantly. Wi-Fi signal seems strong, would buy this product again and definitely recommend this product!

Very easy to install and camera is quite clear. You have several options to open including key, fingerprint, keypad, phone. Never miss anyone lurking at the front door.

I've been using this product for the past year, and it's been working well with no issues so far. The battery life is impressive—I only need to charge it every 3 to 4 months. Adding the chime was a great decision, as it really helps with hearing the sound upstairs.

Just installed and it works flawlessly. Took my fingerprint in just a few steps and easily opens the door with it. Nice to have a combo of lock and camera and love that there are numerous options to use- code, fingerprint, app, and key. Also has the option to be able to charge it from the outside if you need to in case it runs out and you forgot the physical key. It's a little pricey, but the build quality is excellent and it was easy to install; so far battery life is good, still at 88% after several weeks and frequent camera checks.

Great product. A smart lock, video camera, and doorbell all in one. Video clarity is better than what I expected. Surprisingly, it shows more than I expected too. It was easy to install and connect to my Google home. I watched a lot of reviews on smart locks and doorbells with cameras and this one is what I chose to go with and I don't regret it all. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time and is easy to recharge. My other locks use AA batteries and I just hate the waste.

Easy to install and program. Great product with a lot of functionality. The doorbell chime is excellent too. It's easy to add individual fingerprints and codes.

Very good smart lock, all in one. The battery lasts forever no complaints at all. Very easy to install and app works really well, I bought 3 (three) for my condominiums.

If you want a smart lock with good video, a built‑in chime, and dependable WiFi connectivity—and aren’t super strict about perfection in low light—then the Eufy E330 is a strong choice. I’d recommend it for most homeowners. It’s not perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons

Purchased the Mart Lock E330 with Chime Wifi to allow me the ability to both monitor and allow access to a primary home remodel project and it work perfectly. My IT guy did the installation which took an hour including removing existing deadbolt lock

The product is a little pricey at first but in the long run it’s worth it. You will have to buy an SD card in addition to the lock. Before I installed the lock I charged the battery that came with the product. The install was easy and then to get it connected with the app was also pretty easy. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and still have recharged the battery and haven’t had any issues.

Eufy's no contract necessary system is incredible with the best detection and greatest ease of use over any system I've tried in years. This unit is great with an extra wide view and perfect picture quality to see things clearly. The chime is loud enough and haven't had a fingerprint mis-read yet. Pairing was simple too.

It has a signifigant delay in the microphone to audio but otherwise the picture is clear, great night vision. I wish i could get better alerts on my smart watch, like a photo of the human alert. The only thing the watch is good for regarding the lock is it can lock / unlock remotely
