This device is a perfect example of the Eufy/Anker’s commitment to quality at a fair price. Elegant design, excellent materials, and outstanding durability. The rechargeable battery is impressive; I fully charged it on day one, and it’s still showing a full charge weeks later. The built-in camera and fingerprint sensor make it incredibly convenient, no need for separate devices. It’s a door lock and doorbell all in one. I'm truly happy with this purchase. Highly recommend.

This eufy product was great! I’ve never owned a eufy product before and the installation was easy to install and made it even better. I like that it comes with the built in camera right on the plate and the numbers I like are not rubber and easy to use with the code or fingerprint! I am happy with this product!

Cameras work seamlessly with the Eufy app. Easy installation and setup with step by step directions. Customer service was prompt and helpful. Picture is clear and works like a real doorbell with the home base. Fingerprint access and face recognition work excellent. Battery seems to be working long so far.

Very easy to install and camera is quite clear. You have several options to open including key, fingerprint, keypad, phone. Never miss anyone lurking at the front door.

Works great - all in one solution with camera, doorbell and electronic lock. Pictures are nice and clear. Haven't tried fingerprint access yet. Easy installation, only took 20 minutes. Phone app connected instantly. Wi-Fi signal seems strong, would buy this product again and definitely recommend this product!

Just installed and it works flawlessly. Took my fingerprint in just a few steps and easily opens the door with it. Nice to have a combo of lock and camera and love that there are numerous options to use- code, fingerprint, app, and key. Also has the option to be able to charge it from the outside if you need to in case it runs out and you forgot the physical key. It's a little pricey, but the build quality is excellent and it was easy to install; so far battery life is good, still at 88% after several weeks and frequent camera checks.

I've been using this product for the past year, and it's been working well with no issues so far. The battery life is impressive—I only need to charge it every 3 to 4 months. Adding the chime was a great decision, as it really helps with hearing the sound upstairs.

Great product. A smart lock, video camera, and doorbell all in one. Video clarity is better than what I expected. Surprisingly, it shows more than I expected too. It was easy to install and connect to my Google home. I watched a lot of reviews on smart locks and doorbells with cameras and this one is what I chose to go with and I don't regret it all. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time and is easy to recharge. My other locks use AA batteries and I just hate the waste.

The product is a little pricey at first but in the long run it’s worth it. You will have to buy an SD card in addition to the lock. Before I installed the lock I charged the battery that came with the product. The install was easy and then to get it connected with the app was also pretty easy. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and still have recharged the battery and haven’t had any issues.

Very good smart lock, all in one. The battery lasts forever no complaints at all. Very easy to install and app works really well, I bought 3 (three) for my condominiums.

I have a pair of these installed on an oceanfront Airbnb. They are easy to install and easy to program. I don't bother tracking comings and goings with guests in residence, but different contractors have their own codes which I can activate and deactivate as needed, which is especially useful. I also know who showed up, when they showed up and when they departed. Between sun and salt, oceanfront presents a harsh environment. I got five years of use before I decided to replace them in favor of a fresher look. Mechanically, they were still working fine.

Eufy's no contract necessary system is incredible with the best detection and greatest ease of use over any system I've tried in years. This unit is great with an extra wide view and perfect picture quality to see things clearly. The chime is loud enough and haven't had a fingerprint mis-read yet. Pairing was simple too.

If you want a smart lock with good video, a built‑in chime, and dependable WiFi connectivity—and aren’t super strict about perfection in low light—then the Eufy E330 is a strong choice. I’d recommend it for most homeowners. It’s not perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons

Easy to install and program. Great product with a lot of functionality. The doorbell chime is excellent too. It's easy to add individual fingerprints and codes.

Purchased the Mart Lock E330 with Chime Wifi to allow me the ability to both monitor and allow access to a primary home remodel project and it work perfectly. My IT guy did the installation which took an hour including removing existing deadbolt lock

I think a doorbell camera lock is a need not a want. From that perspective after looking at multiple options, the Eufy system integration with the rest of my home is great. Quality of lock as well as videos are good. Also nice that it came with striker plate and screws to better secure my door. Recommend to others.
