Needed controlled access to a door with logs to track. This was the perfect lock that did the trick! But wait, there's more! I can restrict by time and person. Also have video of who enters and exits when the lock the door again. Great lock and great buy!

Easy installation and great picture quality. I wish there was a way to adjust the recording length for events, so it would record for a length of time after, but overall great purchase. I like that I can view the live stream and unlock from anywhere, or generate temporary passcodes for limited duration or one time use.

I was able to replace my old lock easily. Everything works smoothly. I was impressed with the battery. On optimal battery mode, I'm using less than 1% battery per day in a household of 5 people.

It made the life way easier not having to look for my keys since I always come home with something in my hands. The problem with it is that the touch will fail 3 out of 5. The camera doesn’t capture some of the events especially if they happen quickly. For each event, it gives me at least 2 notifications which is really annoying. The battery is very good but when it’s almost empty, it takes 4 hours to recharge. For this one, you need to have a spare battery specially, if there is going to be too many triggers. It has some settings that you can reduce triggering the camera but they work only if you have enough space between the object and the camera. They don’t work for me because I don’t have that space/distance.

So far so good. Easy install. Lots of great features. Once you learn how to navigate the app, its awesome. Very satisfied with video quality, app responsiveness, notifications, and multiple ways to unlock.

Nothing to dislike about this product. Long battery life, excellent video quality, quick notifications, fingerprint works quick.

I like that this has the doorbell, camera, biometric reader, code, and hidden key all included. The camera looks great.

I waited many months before reviewing so I could really try it out. I love it. I also ended up buying an extra battery so I could switch it when my battery is low. I use for my AirBnB and it works great. I would say the only thing I have problems with is that first time you press the keypad it doesn't really activate. It just wakes it up. The guest always makes this mistake but slowly figures it out. I will get Eufy other things now.

The eufy smartlock and doorbell work well. I also like that I do not have to pay a monthly subscription to use the app.

Best purchase to replace our existing deadbolt. Easy set up and learning to use is just as easy. Camera history is maintained, and with the notifications.

We can see who's at the door whether they ring the door bell or not. We can let guests in when we're away from home. Aside from the added security, being able to unlock the door with multiple fingerprints is very practical because I'm always walking through the door with too much stuff in my hands LOL Device comes with it's own wifi router than plugs in close to your door, it doesn't lose connection like other smart home solutions that connect to your primary modem/router.

I installed this on a mobility challenged friend. I am very impressed with this product. Installation was pretty straight forward but programming and set up was a little more challenging. Once set up the system is worked as advertised and worked flawlessly, The finger print feature is awesome and allows friends and associates easy access. Very nice product.

It makes me feel secure in my own house, and I keep my family in a safe place

Love our new eufy e330. We can see who goes in and out and all the features it comes with. The installation was a little frustrating because you aren’t suppose to have it over tightened but all in all it’s been a great lock for my family and I
