    Fantastic security doorbell and very quiet motor that opens quietly. Plenty if options to cuatijize the lock and the video capture of anything that passes in front of your door. A little pricey but worth the extra cost for what it gives yoy.

    This all in one camera, and door lock is the best system I have used to date. Easy to set up and even easier for the family to use. Camera function is crystal clear and high quality.

    Installing it was a nightmare! I couldn't do it by myself the first time, so I called the company for support. They ended up sending me another lock. I wasn't able to install the new lock either, so I contacted the Geek Squad. They came and weren't able to install it either. Apparently, the wifi card was broken. During all this time it was impossible to talk to a person from Eufy. Thier customer service is awful!

    such a good product, I can also save money because it has a memory inside, so I won't pay anybody to record what is happening outside. I don't need a key neither my phone to use it, with a code o fingerprint is completely fine.

    With this product, eufi moves forward and solves all potential requirements that a smart lock user can have. The technicians of the brand deliver this one the most advanced and quality product until now. In full transparency, this is not my first eufy smart lock and over the last year, I’ve been using this technology, the app, and the functionalities of the product. However, the fact that this time the doorbell and the lock with all the lock/unlock mechanisms available in the market are together in a single product is the top. Love that the box includes all hardware needed to do the installation at home. This includes the mechanism with the rechargeable battery, the bolt, and the lock, plus the bell (electrically powered), the keys (old traditional mechanism still available), and all the screws and hardware. Great that the mechanism can be installed by a regular guy like me, following instructions or video on the web if you have a standard door with an old standard lock, consider it done. This should not be difficult for anyone and the instructions are very clear. It took me only 20 minutes from beginning to end. Rechargeable battery that according to the specs could work for up to a year. Still untested, is newly installed but this exceeds the average available in the market. The doorbell is great and being integrated into the lock has a single point of access to any home visitor. The push button part is connected wirelessly to the chime that can be installed in any power outlet of your house. I can not see a more brilliant at the time than the simpler way of connecting both. Since I installed the doorbell and depending on the floor where I am, I found myself moving the chime to be sure that I can hear the bell when someone is coming. Of course, if you are not in the house you can see who is ringing directly in your app. The lock has simply All the options that exist (to my knowledge) to lock and unlock your door. Of course the traditional keys, plus the keypad, the fingerprint recognition, the voice assistant, and the app itself. No more worries because the door closes behind your back with the keys inside. There is also plenty of access types to the house depending on the user. In my house, my wife always holds the key (in case of…) while still using the keypad. My young son doesn't need anymore a copy of the key (that probably will forget at school) and because still has no phone, just open the door with the fingerprint and the keypad. I love to keep trying options but I no longer go with a key in my pocket for the house. Finally, the idea of creating temporary codes for visitors or opening remotely the door after verifying the identity of the visitor with your app makes that you will grant access to the house to anyone that should go in. Two additional elements that are great: .- The camera is really clear and powerful. You can have access to a full range and a big angle to all things happening in front of your door. The camera and the technology, recognize humans from pets or just cars crossing in your street, limiting the false notifications and alerts (I trust that this will also expand the life of the battery). .- Different from other providers, Eufi, is coming with built-in and free cloud storage for life. No additional fees for the use of your own device. I love all about my new lock-camera doorbell!

    Good luck calling customer support. On hold for 15 minutes. Then was redirected to another department and on hold for 25 minutes now

    I will start by saying I have used many smart locks, deadbolts, and doorbell cameras over the years. All of them had things I did and did not enjoy about them, and they all had misgivings. All of that changed with this one! First off the doorbell camera is so much smarter than other models, it has human detection that works SO WELL. It has never alerted for a human being there and that not been the case, and it has never missed when one has been there! Another amazing thing is that you can set boundaries for the motion detection, no more false alarms from the sidewalk or cars driving down the road. You don't even have to pay for a subscription, you just pop in a micro SD card and it stores all the video locally saving you money. The lock is amazing as well! It has so many options to lock and unlock the door. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly, the pin pad is fast and responsive, and you can even use the app to let people in if you are lazy like me and don't want to get up! It has a log of who opened the door, which is great as we gave our housekeeper a code so we will always know if its her that uses it. Install took me maybe 15 minutes, and it is very easy. I would say 3/10 difficulty level.

    TLDR: I will be gushing about a door-lock. Yes, a piece of technology refined over the decades, time and time again. Eufy gets it right. Eufy gets it more than right. Eufy sets a new standard! The Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock is one of those items you didn't know you needed until you have it. I have a rather interesting use case, most people are either using these on their front doors or their shop/store doors. With family members that live close by, and with the ever increasing threat of crime I decided to install the Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock on my interior door that leads to the garage. This also gives me a unique second doorbell. Thankfully the original homeowners had the door built with a steel core, same as front doors, so I felt like I wasn't "wasting" the product/technology on the door. The Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock install was a breeze. At first (before I even opened the box" I felt intimidated due to all of the functions and thought there would be a million pieces. My fears that the Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock would take all day to install were quickly diminished the moment I opened the box and examined the components. They are hardcore, meaning I could see a hammer doing NO damage. The components are solid. No "toy" plastic. Installation was a breeze, and I dare say fun - as taking the old deadbolt off the door revealed hidden treasure. YMMV, as I doubt your previous homeowners (if you didn't have your own house built) were as *cough* eclectic as mine. But I digress. I LOVE the fact that my wife, myself, and my in-laws (*GRUMBLE*) now have multiple ways to enter the garage entryway. I personally have my thumb scanned, an 8 number pin, and the "ITEOTW" standard key if all else fails. Onto one of my most favorite parts of the lock - the camera and the app. No more surprise visits. Even if they do have a key code.. grumble.... The Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock works perfectly for me as it is always daytime in my garage all the time (light on 24/7) so I can not comment on the low-light picture quality. With the light situation in mind I do not even have it set to 2k, as I feel that will drain the battery faster. And even at the lowest quality I can get a pretty good image - though I tend to keep it higher than that. Another reviewer mentioned that after installing and using this lock, they are now thinking of changing all their important/exterior locks to the Eufy Security - S330 Video Smart Lock. I am in the same boat. Even though I have a "smart doorbell" on the front-door that has a paid for subscription (EUFY IS FREEEEE!) I can see the Eufy replacing it as it is the Swiss army knife if you will. I even told my wife I want to put one on my upstairs office door. That didn't get a warm reception from her. I feel confident and secure in my home with this lock. You will too. And once you experience the less than one second thumb-scan unlock and no longer have to fight with traditional (binary?) keys - you'll never go back and you'll want to do exactly what the previously mentioned reviewer and myself wish to do. This might be a few extra bucks more than the others. But it is worth the peace of mind and the ease of entering (especially when your hands are full of shopping bags!). Eufy ROCKS with this lock/cam combo. Pick it up at your local Best Buy or order it here on the website. You won't be sorry (other than you'll. again, want to switch all your locks to the Eufy!)

    Eufy has knocked it out of the park with this one! I currently use 3 other brands for my shop or house and I needed a better setup for the front door having 4 daughters that lose keys all the time. Enter Eufy, my savior when it comes to smart door locks, this device is king in a market of many peasants. Lets get into why it is so good in my opinion along with my 5 women in the household. First, I have to bring up te packaging, it is well put together and everything you need is in there, not one piece of hardware is needed, just a phllips screwdriver and about 10 minutes unless you needs to drill holes, I already had a deadbolt to replace. The lock is beyond well built, the heft is not something I see someone easily breaking through or off the door, this is one huge positive. The battery is also large and charges decently fast and you even have a battery backup plug from the front in case the battery dies, a power-bank or charging cable from an outside socket will have you right in if you do not have a key. Setup through the Android app is simple and works well once you realize the app cannot take the barcode, it will not focus and we tried on 4 android devices, so we used the manual input and boom, instantly found and ready to setup and programming. I was able to add all my kids with their own 4 to 8 digit code, I made them use all 8 along with their fingerprints. The fingerprint setup is so simple and work 100% of the time. The sensor for the print is very sensitive and with the fastest touch you are right in the door. We also have had roughly 20 other people try to use their fingers and it is always a no go, this makes me feel great having it on my front door. If you are using the codes only, they work flawlessly as well. You can also lock and unlock the door via the app, Google and Alexa if you want the full smart house experience. The doorbell that comes with the lock is loud and works every time as well, and it is loud enough that we put in central in the house and we can hear it in almost every room, cannot complain about that one bit. The doorbell button is also removable to find the backup kep lock behind it, nice little touch there Eufy, cleans up the look 10 fold against the competition. Now the Camera is great and clear with great day or night time video. The 2K or basically 1440P resolution is plenty good for any door camera, and with the local storage with the included memory card, you cannot get any better, NO monthly fees ever with the Eufy Smart Lock. The Mic works well too, I can hear all sounds recorded without issue, it all comes through clear and smooth. I will be replacing all the other smart locks in my house with this exact Eufy model over the next six months as I free up funds, the fact it works and works so well, I feel better having 5 women protected a little more in my home. Great Job Eufy!
