Excellent communication and professionalism. Took time to explain how everything worked and verified that all was working as expected.

The agent was fast, efficient and professional and obviously knew what he was doing.

The agent connected my Pixel XL to the Nest thermostat, but did not show me how he did it and I am now upgrading to another phone and do not know how to connect the new phone to the Nest

Installation service was awesome. Product seems to increase temperature when I don’t want that to happen. I need to review the manual.

Still getting an error. Need TotalTech back out to help resolve it.

The geek squad is very knowledgeable in what they do, and fast and efficient. I highly recommend you get the geek squad to do all your electrical projects.

The Geek Squad did a great job installing The Nest thermostats. Very proficient and knowledgeable about the product, as well as the technician was extremely pleasant.

Great and knowledgeable service. The tech was even concerned with the slight differences in the paint when the larger old thermostat came off the wall.

I love the voice control on it I can't see very good now so I just tell Alexa 0 what to set the temperature on and it does it

The tech was EXCELLENT, he did a fantastic job. He hit one snag in the installation but would not give up until he solved the problem, and he did so brilliantly.

The Geek squad is always friendly and knowledgeable. They came back to try to get my thermostats working. They are great my thermostats no so much. I recommend Total tech support and Geek squad.

So helpful with all the things I needed guidance with and stayed until all the tasks were completed. I am still learning and appreciate the time and care the Techs took with the install.

The 2 Gentleman that installed my smart thermostat were fast and efficient. Friendly and made sure my smartphone was connected with the app and made sure I knew what I was doing with it. I appreciate the extra mile.

Wasn't too happy the installer not very professional. Was trying to sell us other items that he sells. When he was hired to install a thermostat.

Very pleased with thermostat. I believe it will help to conserve on utilities because you can program it very easy
