I love the voice control on it I can't see very good now so I just tell Alexa 0 what to set the temperature on and it does it

Both installers did a great job. We had some challenges because some unique aspects of the house and they performed the appropriate troubleshooting and solved the problem.

Geek squad tried to install thermostat but wiring was incompatible. Had an electrician come to make some changes to the wiring and he installed the thermostat. Geek Squad guys used the visit to install a ring doorbell - very nice job.

Rene came to my home and did an excellent job hooking up my thermostat. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He took the time to hook it to my Amazon Alexa. This is a great service!

The technician was polite, prompt and efficient! They called before the appointment to let us know the approximate arrival time. They showed up for the appointment on time. They were terrific.

I actually installed it myself -- and cancelled the Geek Squad appointment to do so. BUT, I've always found the Geek Squad to be super helpful, friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Now to get 'em to install my 65" TV!!

The installer was super prompt, installed it quickly, showed me how to use it and did a great job. The product looks attractive, works well, is super easy to use, and it's nice to control from my phone.

Agent was here to program nest thermostat to phone , he was able to sync my phone but not my wifes to the thermostat...

Do not recommend. Call a real hvac professional. They sent someone out and burned a fuse from allowing the wires the touch. Shut my hvac down. They won’t refund my money. They tried to say it was a defective thermostat. I called a real hvac professional and they installed the SAME unit at the same price and fixed my hvac. They are just sending anybody.

The installer did a good job installing our Ecobee Smart enhanced thermostat. No problems

purchased from best buy, but they could not install it - said it needed a qualified HVAC electrician to install it. Son installed and set it up in about 20 minutes. Expected much more from the Geek Squad.

They came ready and prepared to install, my thermostat. But I didn't have the right connection, for them, to complete the job. Very professional squad

Really can't say much here either because the Geek Squad never installed the thermostat as I said in my other review I brought it back never opened. although I will give the Geek Squad at 5 cuz the Geek Squad deserves a v always.
