During the 2022 I bought many different appliances and electronics and all was installed for squad team, that are very good.

The agents installed 3 ecobee thermostats and set them up for me. Clean, respectful, and professional.

The agent was very pleasant and capable and worked through a couple of unexpected things to get the thermostat installed properly.

Two Geek Squad technicians came out to install my Ecobee Smart Thermostat. When install was complete, my air conditioning was working but not the heat. They were not sure why and told me to call an HVAC company which I did. HVAC company came out today and the Geek Squad wired it incorrectly. The W wire was in the wrong terminal, the O wire was not connected. The Geek Squad had set up my system as a Gas Furnace when I have a Heat Pump. No wonder it was not working when they left! If they do not have the skill set to work on this type of equipment why did you charge me $129.99 for your skilled tech support? The HVAC company was surprised that their bad wiring had not tripped the circuit breaker!

The technician removed the old thermostat and installed the new one and made sure I was logged in on my computer and registered the thermostat.

Geek squad took care of everything! Took care of install and made it look nice and clean!

The installers were great with time management since I had to leave faster the expected. They helped me understand my new nest system before they left and made sure I knew any and everything I needed to before they left.

I've installed these before and it wasn't hard. This purchase I used Geek Squad which was the best. Accurate and no hassle.

I called Geek squad to install my wi-fi thermostat because I wanted it done quick and wanted to make sure the job was done right. It was in quickly and we were up and running. I highly recommend.

Very inconvenient. Geek squad is not a full installer. Wouldn't pull out wires in my wall to connect to nest thermostat. Lame. I literally had to pull out two visible wires because installer said "due to liability issues" he could not touch the opening where he was INSTALLING a newly bought thermostat. Ridiculous -geek squad semi-installs.

Installation person did the right thing but the problem was my electrical panel had a bad circuit breaker. When I got that replaced it worked fine.
