Installers Tiffany and Rob did a thorough job installing, testing, and training me on the basic use of the Nest thermostat.

Our agent mounted our thermostat so quickly and communicated with us prior to our appointment as well.

1 star not because the service was bad but because the geek squad could not fix the problem. They did not have the know how to bring power from the HVAC unit to the thermostat. The installation that is offered for this product is basic. It is assumed that the thermostat has power for thermostat so they could put it on the wall and go through the app on the phone which I had already done. They said I would have to call an HVAC company to install these thermostats. They were very professional and nice but couldn’t help with the installation. They should be more well versed in the product they are trying to install.

Very fast and efficient service. Had 2 technicians Dan and Jose. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Even though I've done lots of handyman work including electrical work, I could not have installed my new thermostat by myself. thanks to the Geeks it got done correctly. Money well spent!
