The squad was nice and made everything comprehensible.

Very inconvenient. Geek squad is not a full installer. Wouldn't pull out wires in my wall to connect to nest thermostat. Lame. I literally had to pull out two visible wires because installer said "due to liability issues" he could not touch the opening where he was INSTALLING a newly bought thermostat. Ridiculous -geek squad semi-installs.

The technician installed my Ecobee thermostat. They were very knowledgeable. Called in advance of coming with an accurate time.
