The agent got my Nest mounted and hooked up to my system with ease. Gave me a rundown of the functions of it and was on his way. Very friendly and provided all needed information as an expert.

I had to fix it so it would work properly after they left. Disappointing after paying for service. And shocked that they smelled so badly that early in the morning that I had to cover my nose and mouth. The two people made me very uncomfortable. I would suggest you make sure you know who is coming and that it is someone reputable. They seem to subcontract often but do not warn you.

Chris was very helpful and did a great job. I hope we get him again if something changes.

The thermostat is great but the service installation is questionable not knowing what to do. Watching youtube videos and asking me questions there's not even a procedure for them to check if everything is working after the installation. Mine was just filling out his survey as soon as possible. By the way had a 3pm-7pm appointment they called around 9pm if i'm still okay with the service got to my house around 10am finished around 1230 midnight requested a service repair and was told earliest is 2 weeks. Hey its a roll on a dice if you guys still want to add this service
