Google Smart Thermostat Installation

Very poor service
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The technicians who came to install my thermostat did it incorrectly. The temperature of the house went up to over 90 and we have 2 kids 1 has autism’s. My wife spent 5 HOURS on HOLD until she got hold of someone. Two more technicians came the day after and after 30 minutes advised us to get a air conditioning specialist to fit it and send the bill to Best Buy ( we paid Best Buy over $100 to install ). We are still waiting for this bill to be paid, it’s been a few weeks and nobody from Best Buy has been in touch. Myself I think telling you this will make no difference, no compensation offered! I am waiting to talk to someone from the press and tell all my friends NOT to shop at Best Buy One totally annoyed former customer

However, the experience you have described is not at all what we intended, so it hurts to hear that we dropped the ball with this service. We're also not fans of our homes being at over 90 degrees, so it's understandable that your family isn't either, and would want that corrected as soon as possible. This is something we should have touched base with you on , so we apologize that this situation occurred, as well as that no one has been in touch with a solution. If you haven't already, please call (800) 304-1259 to work with our Geek Squad Client Care Team, so a case manager can be assigned and assist you throughout this process. If you already have a case manager, it's recommended that you reach out to them directly for a resolution.
