Good service. Very polite. Very professional. Timely.

This has been the worst experience we ever had!!! THREE different appointments to install our thermostat and to this moment that we are writing this review we still do not have it installed!!!! First they had the wrong address then there was no appointment and the third no one showed up at the time of install we waiting 6 hours for the tech!!! And Best Buy/geek squads answer to this was to wait!!! To say we are Highly disappointed is an understatement!!

All installed. A few tweaks but all is good. Ty for all.

The person who came to setup the thermostat did not look like he knew his job. He was sending pictures of the wiring to his boss for instructions. The wall mount was also done in a bad way, leaving open gaps in the wall.

The guys were great, arrived on time and pinpointed the problems quickly.

The thermostats make life a lot easier via its flexibility and robust features.

Geek squad set up 2 different times to come out and both times cancelled on me. On third time they said they could not come out for over a month. No one could give me a answer on why they kept canceling on me and did not even care that i asked off 2 times from work for them to be there to istall.. 3 diffrent departments i got tranfered to and no one had a answer and each blamed each department . Sucky experience that i set it up myself with the help of ecobee help line. Great thermostat horrible service..

Geek squad is great they know exactly what they are doing.

Nest thermostats work well, but something is wrong with Nest app. Thermostats say they are connected to app, but they don’t show on the app. They used to show. Geek squad didn’t fix problem, and still charged me. I would have expected GS/BB connect with Google or Nest to resolve the connectivity issue. GS guys were great, but it didn’t get fixed. Bb sells a product & they can’t get support from vendor (Google Nest). I had to pay for that…….

Like most electronic and home improvement purchases, my husband and I turned to Best Buy. We bought this thermostat and purchased the install too. **BIG MISTAKE!!** I had to miss work to be there for the appointment window (which is fine), but then they no showed me. I was furious- called the store, they didn't care. Called the 800 # they gave me that connected me to China, they didn't care. Plus I had to hold for 25+ minutes each time. When I returned the thermostat and install at the store they were going to research it and get back to me- still waiting. Truly the most disappointing customer service experience of my life. Do not purchase!!!!
