Mastech is useless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 Nest thermostats and they said they can be installed, however when they showed up the technician from mastech said that you have to have a certified hvac guy hook it up and he cannot do it. I can find to the store and the manager assured me that the next time they will send somebody different. When the day came, I printed out the instructions for the technician to show him how to install it, they looked at it and said they cannot do it, that we would have to get a certified HVAC technician.
