  • Installed Amazon Thermostat Not Working for AC

    The Amazon thermostat was installed in February without wiring the AC unit correctly and paid extra $175 to third party. When I turned cooling on last week. the AC furnace fan was not running at all although the AC compressor unit outside seamed running fine. So no cold air could blow out into rooms. The repair service was scheduled today, but no one showed up. I have to call BestBuy again tomorrow. Not sure when the issue can be fixed.

    Still no appointment for installation. Even after I was contacted and I replied. I understand the covid-19 restrictions. But communication can be done via email. Thank you for your help.
