The tech that came out to install the thermostat had only installed one before. He had to come back and still wired it wrong after spending hours trying. Supervisor was not responsive to issues and did not respond to requests. Third time they sent a real tech out and he wired it correctly. I’m glad it didn’t mess up my system. Works now but wouldn’t use them again- too much wasted time and didn’t know what they were doing.

Best Buy sent a third party installer to do this. The installer connected everything and then told us it wouldn't work. He detached the Nest and reconnected the old controller. He had blown a fuse inside the HVAC system and couldn't fix it. Was told to get it fixed and to send them the bill. Leaving us with no HVAC for 2 days!

Agent was teaching another agent to install the thermostat. They failed to install it properly because now my AC does not heat. They claimed to test the heat and cooling but I noticed they left the unit in cool only. When I changed the settings to heat, the temp in my house dropped from 69 to 67. I understand it takes a few minutes for air to heat but I left it running for almost an hour and the temp only kept dropping.
