    The agent did not know how to install the unit. Had to call an AC guy. However, it is difficult to find thermostat installers who know the technology

    Expectations not met Regarding the installation and training. It was more so on the training part as the in-depth training we were supposed to get as told by the Best Buy representative did not actually happen as the technician was at our house.
