    Best Buy was great but the company they Sub’d the work out to was not. They wired my thermo-stat wrong I had to spend over an hour on the phone with thermostat customer service to rewire No refund was given for their error

    Because of my garbage Carrier furnace I bought they were unable to install the Nest thermostat

    When I purchased my refrigerator I asked the sales person if the Geek Squad would be able to help me with my Ecobee Thermostat installation that i was having trouble with. He assured me that they could. So on the scheduled day the person who showed up had no idea what he was doing. I had to show him how to take the old one off the wall and then he informed me that he did not work with any type of voltage wiring. This was a total waste of my time as now I still have a 300.00 item that I need installed and would not even think to ask Best Buy Geek Squad for any type of support. This was a total joke.

    I could go on and on about this, but all of it is documented in my account. "Technicial" showed up to my house with his kid. Did not introduce himself Walked in and asked if I had done my research on this thermostat because he's only tried to install 1 prior and wasn't successful. He grunted and seemed rude the entire and ended up saying he could not set it up. I asked him if we could call the Ecobee support line and he said that he's followed the book and that he's already spent more time then he should have. "Installs should only take 15 minutes" I ended up having to return my Ecobee and switch to a Nest because I was told that no one knew how to install Ecobees in San Antonio

    they came in my house and installed thermostat that didn’t work. I called Geek squad they told me bring the thermostat in the store. they already installed on the wall. I told them it’s on the I couldn’t take off. They said you have to get hire someone and bring in store. If hire someone why I’m a member paying membership fe. I had to cancel and fix it by myself. one thing I realized is the technician was not professional.
