CRST has no installers to do the job

After 7 months, I PAID to install myself. Best Buy won't do anything. CRST doesn't have any installers to do the work - despite being a TotalTech member which is part of my membership. Want money to compensate. Install was $150 and countless hours chasing this around with CRST and BestBuy. Absolute joke.

Installed wrong twice

I thought it was going to damage my system and I called immediately. Bestbuy sent someone out a few days later which I was extremely worried about. They sent the same installer back which was awkward since I tried calling him directly (he gave me his number after installing) and he wouldn't respond at all) . I thought he fixed it as it appeared to be working. What I didn't know was that the heat now doesn't shut off when it reaches it's desired temp.. it just keeps heating. I will be calling back but I'm afraid they will send the same guy again and it will still be a mess.

Inexperienced tech.

He told me it's impossible to install because Nest is smaller than my current wall thermostat, even with the wall plate I had purchased he insisted that it's impossible. I called HVAC service, and they laughed so hard and showed me how easily you put the plate and the thermostat fits perfectly on top. Don't waste your money with Geek Squad.

Installation of smart thermostat was done wrong

Got a smart thermostat for my home and was to have Best Buy install it. They came out and could not get it to work. The air conditioning fan would not work. They then put the my old thermostat back in and it still didn’t work. It worked just find before the came. I had to call out an air conditioning company because the said it was my air conditioning. That company was there 5 minutes and had it up and running. It was there lack of ability to install it right. Now it cost me $150 and they said they would refund me and I have not got a refund and am waiting for a call back and a refund. I would not use them again.
