Incomplete install and poor response

They couldn't install it.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They told me they could install it but they couldn't. They just left it with me and said I had to get some one else to do it. Oh, and they turned off my AC without telling me and left.

Good product

Can’t install the thermostat

Failed to show up for my appointment and no call
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT USE MASTEC. FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENT. NO PHONE CALL THEN THEY DELETED MY APPOINTMENT SO THAT THEY COULDNT BE TRACKED FOR A NO SHOW. HORRIBLE

Geek installed my ecobee thermostat

Nest does not worked

NOT Good . Thermostat did not work .

Still unsatisfactory
