Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Scheduled a window in the morning. They rescheduled on me, the window silently moved to the afternoon. I took the day off work sat around the entire time and they stealthily came up to the door left the "sorry we missed you" tag and left. Now I can't cancel or modify the order or reschedule or do anything through the website. So as far as I can tell I just have $130 in limbo? I'm worried at this point that getting them back out will take long enough I won't be able to return the Nest to Best Buy within the 30 days.

Didn’t get product installed yet!

The geek squad couldn’t connect the thermostat
