Professional staff and installed fairly quick and cleaned up after themselves.

Don't ask them to do something that is NOT on their PRESET list. I don't like that I could not get them to assist with surround sound issue when installing new TV

Purchased Nest Thermostat and was installed by 3rd party company Mastec from our Best Buy tech plan. Kevin Andrerson from Mastec did a very great job setting up and installing the thermostat and also setting it up w/ google home app. We are very pleased that Best Buy sent him for our Home Automation setup and installation. We will request to work with him again in the future.

5 stars but we were not able to install - the technician removed the old thermostat, and due to the nature of the wiring in this older house he recommended and electrician or AC person evaluate if it could be installed. Since he also installed several TV's for me, I know he was being honest and forthright.

I had a smart thermostat installed and setup. I like the new thermostat.

I ordered this online and was a bit worried it might not work. Installer arrived within his timeframe and was also a bit worried it might not work with a heat pump. No worries though, once he took the old thermostat off he knew it was a great match and fitted the new one in pretty quick time. He helped me set it up and I can now adjust my cooling and heat from my phone its great. Great buy and a lot less than the Nest etc.

The installers did not really know what to do in my situation as an extra step was needed. I had to contact my AC company to get information for them. They arrived on time, were very nice and considerate, so I am giving them a 3 star rating.

Ring installation included with my membership. Pays for itself. Very happy with my Ring camera setup to protect the house. Pay 1 annual fee, includes all Ring cameras.

The installers did a great job setting up this smart thermostat, including connecting it to the internet. They took the time to make sure I knew how to use it, & explained that they couldn't check if it worked with the A/C because it was a very cold day. They gave me phone #'s to reach the service supervisor if there were any problems. I was quite pleased with the installation process. Would highly recommend them.

The Geek Squad members were prompt, communicative, and very friendly! The installation was quick and they even helped setting up with apps on my phone and also with registration and programming of the thermostat.

Couldn't get it installed. Tech guy said i need to consult hvac to come and do the installation since i do not have a smart thermostat connection wired to my furnace. Giving 3 stars for the prompt appointment.

The agent that came this last time really took the time to figure out why the fan on the thermostat was not working. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and his patience. Thank you. Best Buy need more agents like him.

Technicien was knowledgeable even though Nest thermostat was a bit tricky to install

I had my Ecobee thermostat installed by a Geek Squad pro. My condo did have a C wire but still needed some expertise to get it to work. I have a heat pump AC system. The installer did a great job and set it up for me in less than an hour total.

Thermostat was little difficult, but guys did not give up and got it installed.

Still learning & getting the hang of it. With this Nest Learning Thermostat I can turn it on away from anywhere! Coming from Los Angeles, I turn on in Acton, so my home is really nice & cool when I arrive. There is no since in running on &off all day, Especially if no one is home!!!! :-)

I am trying to get my home set up as a smart home with google home. This is probably one of the best features so far. The nest thermostat makes it really easy to turn up or turn down the thermostat just by using your voice and a Google mini. That being said, I am not real familiar with the learning part of the nest thermostat. I guess I’ll find out in the next couple of months with my electric bill.Oh, and it looks really cool too.

The "Geek Squad" technician showed knowledge and finesse. He needed to consult with Google experts by phone for guidance because this home's electrical wiring style is not easy to comply with.
