I got this for my son for his 7th birthday and he is pretty good at flying drones. However, he charged it all the way before flying it the 1st time and when he did fly it, not even 5 mins later as it was extremely high up in the air, it just cut completely off as tho the battery died and came crashing down on the concrete road. It still turns on and the propellers still spin, but it won’t fly anymore. So for $200 my son got to fly a drone for 3-5 minutes and now it’s useless. I know I can’t return it because they’re going to say I cannot return it due to it having been crashed. So, I only gave it 2 stars because there is no way it wasn’t defective. I specifically made him charge one of the batteries all the way before flying it for the 1st time. So, it’s NO WAY that it’s normal to only be a 3 to 5 minute fly time on a full battery. No way! Not only that but doesn’t it warn u ahead of time when it is about to die? Because it didn’t, it just suddenly powered off in the air and came crashing down to the ground. My baby’s feelings were so hurt that he only got to play with his birthday gift for less than 5 mins and can’t play it anymore at all.
