I tried every single cable it came with and nothing. I am extremely disappointed because my local store does not have any in stock. I will be returning it. Also, I was reading some reviews on here and some people saw improvement after 3 days. I hadn't seen any improvement and I was using the extra strength serum too.

Does Nothing For Me

Plus, I didn’t see any difference in 3 weeks. If there was any progress, I would’ve kept this item. Now, I’m stuck with a store credit since it’s over the 14 day return policy. That’s how I dissatisfied I am with this product that I will take a store credit over keeping it.

I was excited to see if a difference could be made or if my teeth were just yellow with age. I tried it each night for four nights but the light kept going out. I called customer service and was told my cell phone had to be at 100%, 78% or 88% would not do. Even at 100% the light would go out within seconds. I tried unplugging and rep[lugging repeatedly to no avail. Too much hassle. Returned it within a week.

Works but led light is a gimmick.

But I did some reading online about the LED light thing and the only kind of light that accelerates the whitening process is UV producing lights. So this product does work but does not justify the cost.
