This is my 2nd pair and these sound is terrible on the receivers end. Everyone complains they can't understand me. I sound muffled

This pair of headphones stopped working after a month of steady use. The thick flexible neck band slides and has to be constantly readjusted.

Unclear sound, poor range; drops off when only feet away. Returned them within a week.

Would not stay around my neck!! Would fall off at an moment! Made for a child size neck!

Liked the look of this Bluetooth, but the piece that goes around the neck was not long enough to go around a grown person's neck.

As far as quality, the product is good. But it is easy to lose. It slides off your neck a lot. The neck support is VERY SOFT.

No noise cancellation if used to talk on the phone. Therefore all background noise is heard. Good for music only.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Easy to set-up and works great. Fits ears well, do not fall out, very clear communication.

Great sound quality but the microphone is very poor quality.

really bad product if you use in one day the battery is done so quickly, you have to charge 5 or 6 times a week.

Ear buds are not retractable. Sound quality is ok. Will have to exchange , not good for work

In my experience, bluetooth earbuds have fit either one of two descriptors: expensive with high audio quality, or inexpensive with lackluster audio quality. With the Shadow earbuds, Sol Republic has absolutely nailed a blend of great audio quality at a price point that doesn't break the bank. Certainly the audio quality isn't going to be on par with high-dollar wired earbuds, but for bluetooth buds at a sub-$100 price point I would challenge anyone to do better. Bass is full and deep without muddying up the highs or mids to anywhere near unacceptable levels during music playback. The only downside to the Sol Republic Shadow is that the audio cable isn't retractable, but given how lightweight and pliable the neckband is as a result of them not going with a plastic, retractable design, I can't dock them much for the decision. If you're in the market for a pair of lightweight, great-sounding bluetooth buds, definitely give these a shot. I much, much prefer them to the LG Tone or Jaybird buds for everyday audio listening.

Very uncomfortable always falling out my ears don't hold a charge

i use it for audio books and it dies quickly. even if its not being used. doesn't go on standby mode.

The voice quality with this head set is great! The Best Buy clerk suggested this headphones. I am so glad I purchased it.
