This solar panel works for the new ring cams, not the older models. Ring changed the adapter to make it more weather resistant. I feel the panel is a little overpriced, but is of good quality. Everything you need to install it is in the box minus the screw gun. This panel gets about 4 to 5 hours of direct sun at my residence and is able to keep my cam charged. My camera gets heavy use.

I bought 3 of the solar panels for high traffic areas. Even in those high traffic spots, the panels keep the cameras charged to 100%. I have had them several weeks and the lowest that a camera has dropped is 99%. Easy to install and would definitely recommend for your high traffic areas.

we placed a ring cam in a hard to get to spot and got the solar panel to help keep the batteries charged. This works great! So far even with several cloudy days in row the batteries have maintained over 95% between the two batteries and the panel. Highly recommend getting one for the outdoors.

I love my Ring Spotlight Cam Batter Solar Charger. It starting charging right after installing it. It is really easy to install and the very next day my better went from 50% to 100%. It keeps both batteries charges to 100%. The best part is I don't have to climb the ladder an more to change the batteries.

The Solar Panel for the Ring Spotlight camera battery is great. I put it up over a year and a half ago and have never had any issues with it. It charges all day and works all night. I would highly recommend.

Perfect if you don't want to worry about battery life on your camera. Great performance in direct sunlight and seems to do well on cloudy days. I have 2 and so far both have performed flawlessly. Only recommendation to Ring is, the panel mount should have horizontal adjustment instead of only vertical.

We love these solar panels! They make it so easy to install our outdoor cameras and not have to worry about charging them. We have used these panels for a couple years now and never have had any issues, even on cloudy or rainy days.

Easy to install and no need to replace or charge your Stick Up Cam Battery anymore! When I first installed it in a sunny spot, my battery life was at 60% and 30 minutes later, it had already gone up to 68%. It stays fully charged all the time now. Love it!

Extremely easy to connect to the outdoor Ring camera. Will save you the trouble off taking the batteries out to charge (batteries are good and last a long time on a charge - but who wants to get the ladder out, climb up where your camera is located and take them out every couple of months... not me). Well worth the price.

I didn't have a power source for my patio cam and didn't want to rely on batteries alone so I decided to try the solar panel. I was skeptical because Patio does not get a lot of sun. I was proven wrong, this panel keeps battery at 100%. Installation was easy! Hardware included. VERY HAPPY!

Great product for a low price. Just added two more for my house. I had the first one for over two years, and it still looks like new. I just wipe it down from time to time with a damp rag.

This is a great way to keep the outdoor camera charged and not have to keep manually swapping out the battery to be charged. It's a little larger than I would have liked but the convenience and reliability is excellent. Have only had this for a month, so I'm hoping the durability is as good as the performance to date.

I needed this for my ring outdoor cam. It went on sale i had to get it. I love the ring products it helps. This solar panel is great for the outdoor ring cameras and its easy to install.

Easy setup,simple instructions, done in less than 30min. Have a good idea of where you want to place before mounting. Took a little while (about 10min) before the connection registered on the app.

We have a spotlight ring camera on our deck. Due to the location, a direct connect power source wasn't possible and we had to go with the battery powered one. It's mounted kinda high for someone short like me and having to take the battery out when it was low was not an easy task. Since they only come with one battery (but can hold two) we were trying to decide between a second battery or the solar panel. The solar panel costs a little more, but it was well worth the investment. It keeps the one battery charged perfectly. No more waiting for my husband to get home to pull the battery to charge it, and no more camera down time. I now also am using the camera to the fullest of it's capabilities with pictures every 3 minutes instead of hourly to preserve battery life, and I have been able to link the lights to come on whenever motion is detected on other cameras. I have more options now for mouting additional lights and camers with solar panels.

Super glad I chose to go with the solar panel. It's small and I don't have to worry about changing batteries or plugging into an outlet. Best way to go for the value. Just have to be sure the mounting location gets sunlight enough to keep it charged.

Purchased this for my Spot light battery camera. Easy instal hooked up to back of camera with tight hook up prong. Keeps batterys 100% on Sunny days and cloudy days not below 93 to 94%. Never have to get on latter and charge battreys, make sure to put both batterys in this camera, works the best.

Easy to install. Foolproof instructions. I installed the solar panel in under 30 minutes with the tools in the kit. My light camera had been needing recharged every week before the solar panel and now it’s charged all the time. Excellent solution when you can’t hardwire your device.
