I am so happy the Solar Panels were made available for the Ring cameras! I had bought 2 batteries so I would not have to have my son keep coming to change batteries for charging, but having the Solar Panels eliminates battery changes! The Panel keeps my 2 batteries in each of my Ring cameras totally charged. I am very pleased with this product.

U got this because I wanted to see that whole backyard but plugging in was not optimal and I didn't want to have to deal with batteries all the time. This keeps my camera charged and it has not failed yet. I can't have the camera on wired mode but I can keep the battery mode on max settings and it stays charged.

It does what it was made for. Easy to install with power tools. The screw driver is a little hard to use at end not big enough for gripping and tightening tje last few turns. Takes a bit more effort. Quality is good so far but for that needs time, for elements to take their part. So far good.

I wasn’t sure about buying this in the beginning but I’m a very glad I did now. My cameras are always topped off even after I switched everything to the more sensitive settings that use more power. Can’t recommend it enough if you get a lot of direct sunlight.

The Ring Solar panel is a must unless you want to be a slave to the rechargeable batteries in the Spotlight Cameras. The single battery in the lights only last about 2 weeks and takes 5-10 hours to recharge. With the solar panel which is easy to set up and install, you will never have to worry about recharging the battery again.

I love ring products, but I am not a fan of the downtime when charging batteries. Bought this for my second story camera to not have to go out onto the room to take the battery out and charge every 3-5 days. Since buying this I have not been back on the room. Keeps the batteries 100% all the time.

If you're tired of changing your camera batteries...then get this. After just 2 days, my battery now stays charged around 100% with no battery changes. I should have bought this in the beginning - it's a no-brainer. Just plug and go.
