Had it installed March of 2021 (life happened and I couldn't get to it sooner). It's now Nov 2022 and it stopped working last week. I called Ring customer support and they can't help unless I figure out a way to get the serial number from the back of it. The issue? It's really high and I have no way to get to it so I'm stuck with no help and no camera bcz the batteries (I have 2 in it) drain within 2 days without the panel.

Posted .Hi Kory72. The Solar Panel provides a trickle charge to your batteries. While this does greatly reduce the amount of time in between charges, your batteries will still occasionally need to be charged manually.
