Christmas present was a success in my son's eye's!...

It's an exciting new direction for Sonic. My 9 year old didn't really connect with it. I tried it too and it wasn't my cup of tea, but it's the most interesting sonic game since the Dreamcast era.

A fun open world sonic game. However, as is normal for the 3D Sonic games, the biggest challenge I've so far faced are the controls. They're really good for the open world, but in the Zones and the Super Sonic controls are a hindrance to game play.

Got stuck early on in the game and could not proceed. Very frustrating as I would like a challenge but also to be able to progress through the game smoothly as well and that has just not been possible.

My nephew loved it! I loved Sonic games growing up and I am glad this new generation does too!

The story was really interesting plus a new experience for sonic to move arounf freely! Such a great game!

Graphics awesome. Gameplay really good. Best 3d sonic game since Sonic Adventure. I haven’t really played to much but have watched my roommate play.

I regret getting this on the switch, very lackluster. I think this game benefits from the stronger consoles. Although it does seem rather empty. Not the best.

We got this game for my son but it may be a little too advanced for him. The open world is confusing for him and he gets frustrated not knowing where to go. If i am with him he is willing to play but alone he will pick something else.

Bought this for my nephew for his birthday he loves it, Comes with hours of play time. It works perfectly with his switch. He couldn't be more thrilled.

This is a decent evolution for sonic, but the game just feels like im wandering around with little to no direction. Boss fights are frustrating. The camera will suddenly switch and youll get killed. Merely touch water and youre dead. Its a shame because this could be a super fast fluid game without all the technical issues. Take the concept and give it to From or Monolith and youd have a great, near perfect game i’d assume. At the end of the day im glad i got it for a Black Friday discount hut im pretty positive ill never touch it again.

Sonic is one of my favorite games of all times. Brings me back to the good old days
