It's my first 3D sonic. Mostly a 2D fan myself and though it has sections of 2D gaming i love the open world we get to explore

It’s an ok Sonic game but I couldn’t get into it that well. The graphics are a bit lacking for a game that’s $60 bucks, even if it’s on sale for $30. It could be better in the story as well. Some little nitpicks would be the font size and the size of Sonic while you’re going through the world aspect of the game. I wish it were a larger. Some of you will like it a lot but for me it’s a bit mediocre.

What a thrill! Best Sonic game in years! The sense of speed and open world design is great. Lots to collect and upgrade!

Reminds me of a good mix between sonic and 3D platforming. Im about 8 hours in and its been a blast the whole time.

Typical Sonic game, nothing has changed. On the fence for recommending game. If you are Sonic fan then it’s a must have, I’m not too keen on the game. It plays like the early game versions.

It’s quasi open works Sonic. Some annoying controls and graphics are a little underwhelming, but if you like other Sonic games, you’ll like this.

Sonic is an absolutely joy game to play. Every level is well designed. The extras and the music are amazing.

This a good step in the right direction for Sonic although the distance covered with that step isn't too far to reach Breath of the Wild-tier.
