I purchased this for my son twice. Twice I got the Sonic Mania NOT the Sonic Mania Plus. After weeks of waiting for the game I decided to go to Game Stop to come and find out the the Sonic Mania Plus and Sonic Mania is in fact the same game BUT only a new game comes with the Plus codes. You have to download everything on the PS4 with the codes to make it Plus. BEST BUY does NOT offer the Plus version of this game but yet constantly offers it on their website

Brings back great memories and new levels as well!

Good game but older graphics. I will have fun playing it for a long time.

Bought this game for my grandkids and I purchased the plus edition for the extra content as the plus is also the only version that is a physical disc. I bought and returned 2 games because Best Buy tried bro slip the regular version twice even arguing that I was wrong. Well finally got what I assume is right but the code for the extra content will not work. What's the point of selling it if it will not work. There is no one at either Sega or Sony to help you so no way to fix and feel like I wasted my time and money. Nan anyone help??

This review is not for the product but for Order and pickup process at best buy. I ordered this product online for curbside pickup, after a day or two I went to pick this up, it was showing picked up at the same time as ordered as I am omnipresent. I had to cancel the order at best buy location, as they had none left. Both my kids were very disappointed, more so because another order Keurig Coffee machine that I was simply canceled by an agent, I called and was told it was done in error, and only I can do is place a new order but price was changed, two representatives hung up, telling that they are transferring me to other department. I was lucky third time got a cooperative lady, she placed the order for me at the same price

NOT PLUS EDITION, BUYER BEWARE!! This was just a copy of Sonic Mania, without the slipcase, art book, and free DLC (which is $4.99 on its own). Still a fun game, but I tried getting a replacement and it was the same thing. if you are specifically looking for the Sonic Mania Plus game with the promised additional content, this is not the version for you.

I ordered the Donkey Kong game and didn’t realize it was digital. Don’t know how to use that. “Digital “ should have been highlighted. Reading the reviews and q and a I am not the only one that made this mistake

If you're into classic sega games then, this game is for you. I got this for my wifevbecause she likes a lot of the classic games such as this one. You can play as Sonic, Tails, or Knuckles

Be mindful of how it’s advertised. Thought I was purchasing the plus version.

Yep. The other reviewers are correct. This is NOT Sonic Mania Plus, although the listing here will have you believe otherwise... this is the standard version. Classic bait and switch.

Sonic mania brings back the classic feel of the sonic games if you liked old sonic games then you will like this game

Item shipped was not correct, they shipped the standard version of the game, not Sonic Mania PLUS.

Great game, it's simple and fun and will remind you of the classic 16 bit sonic games.
