Sonos products use WiFi so make sure you have a good wireless router. Also you may want to move your wireless router away from your sonos amp because it will interfere with the 5ghz signal.

The only flaw is that once in a while not too often, it disconnects from the tv. I don't know if there is an issue with the arc option on the TV or if it is the sonos amp. It is an easy fix just have t connect and disconnect from power.

Example youtube music app is very limited and does not allow me to play and search for specifics songs. Not everyone wants to stream a playlist. had to return this because of this disappointment.

We have two gen1 amps for our Sonos system. Needed help from Sonos to set up our split system since not all older products work with he newer Sonos products. Sonos needs to rethink their prices.
