Freezes up sometimes otherwise it is pretty good!!

If you want to be in their ecosystem then this is a must.

Still learning how to use it. There is even a Sonos app on my iPhone. Purchased 7/29/2020. Installed 9/16/2020.

Do not purchase this amp. I purchased 2 of the Sonos amps for my back yard sound system after the recommendation from the geek squad. It’s the worst decision I ever made. They constantly disconnect from my Sony t.v. The only fix they have is to continuously disconnect from the system and reconnect. Doing this will only reconnect them to the system temporarily then I have to repeat the process

Easy connection no issues could stand to be slightly more powerful. At full volume doesn't seem loud enough.

The was a add on that I was not sure I needed. Sure glad I did as it makes my entire music listening experience easier.

Needed this for my outdoor speakers and it ties the entire system in like a champ.

The sonos has worked as expected . As of now havent had any issues with it. So I'm very happy to have purchased this item. The only thing it is a bit high on price

Powerful amp, with all the great features of Sonos ecosystem. If you like Sonos and have quality speakers that you want to join to the ecosystem, this is a great way to do it. These amps have enough power to drive any speaker, and if you have stable 8 ohm speakers, then you can drive two or three pairs with this amp. Sonos recommends max two pairs if the speakers are not Sonos certified.

Easy to install and overall great product. Wish it came with some audio wires for the price...

Super simple plug and play setup. Great for architectual series speakers!

I replaced a Connect:Amp with this. It has more power and connects with TV through HDMI Arc enabling great sound from TV or from music to my speakers.

Switched over to the Bose amp. It connects your WIFI network as well as Bluetooth. Gives you the freedom of listening to anything on your phone rather than being limited to certain apps.

It is a good product, however has some flawed areas: 1. You cannot turn off when not in use. 2. Signal to receiver is not strong. 3. Cannot isolate to play in one area over another (ex: play only inside area or only outside area

Don’t let the size fool you. I’m using this amp to run my in ceiling B&W and the sound quality is amazing.

This thing is awesome. Hooked up my AR sub and it sounds great along with all my other sonos speakers.

The only issue is that you cannot have a center channel

Great Amp purchased at Best Buy performs as expected. I always buy electronic products from Best Buy and their staff has always explained clearly why I should choose certain products. They have never steered me wrong over the many, many, years I have used Best Buy.

I had the old amp and don’t really hear the difference with the new version. Not sure if is worth the extra money compared to the other amp but had to purchase it because the other one was going to stop getting updates
