Unfortunately, the Arc Ultra suffers from the same major issues: 1. Very frustrating setup with many false starts and do-overs. 2. Random, uncommanded volume jumps during play. I’m talking LARGE volume jumps. So I returned the Arc Ultra. It’s a shame because the sound quality is so good. If Sonos corrects the aforementioned problems I’d consider one of their products in the future, but not now.

The app and control is poorly implemented. The sound profile is decent but once paired with sub and era 300’s the room correction ruins the supposed integration. There are better soundbar options for 1/2 price. I will not be keeping it with existing issues.

ALSO, WITHOUT THE SUBWOOFER THE SOUND WAS TOO FRONT LOADED AND 'IN YOUR FACE' TO BE AN ACCEPTABLE SOUNDBAR FOR THE SPACE I WAS IN.OVERALL IT WAS TOO COSTLY FOR WHAT I NEEDED.

One minute we would be watching a movie and all was great, few minutes later and the surrounds would drop off and next to impossible to reconnect. Spent an hour on the phone with a BestBuy tech with no resolution. While returning, two other customers were returning their Sonos purchases for the same reasons. If the app issue was resolved, they would be great.

Volume wouldn’t adjust o rear speakers and their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with. I literally had to tell their rep how the app worked.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this sound bar along with the rear speakers and sub worked great and sounded great for the first two weeks but after that it was non stop problems with the system disconnecting having to reboot everyday to get it to work and hour long tech support calls with sonos. I ended up returning the system and got the Bose sound system which has been working great.
