I loved it, it's a pretty good purchase, highly recommended, and with the help of the store representative, the decision was easier.

Great overall. Not much of an upgrade if you already have the first make of the arc.

Weak bass but good mids and tweets. I had this paired with a Sonos Sub 4 and tried to like it for two weeks but just couldn’t enjoy it enough to keep and sadly wasn’t a huge enough improvement over the Sony A95L OLED built in screen speakers. I decided to go a different route and go with a pair of Devialet Phantom I 103db and use the TV optical out. Wow! Now it’s not got surround or height speakers but the front Left, Center and Right are awesome and bass is incredible. Sure I had to spend 2.5 times more than Arc and Sub combined but it’s worth it. Only edge the Sonos had over the Phantoms was the eArc HDMI connection.

No problems, so far it has met all of my expectations.

Not bad really. The sales guys gave me a whole pitch about it and thought it was just a typical sales stuff against the initial Sony sound bar I bought this Sonos bar is pretty good, just pricy and could cost less nonetheless

I thought it would add depth and strong sound to my tv but its about average. I'm still wondering if I should of went with Bose sound system.
