    I RETURNED THIS SOUND BAR BECAUSE IT WAS TOO COMPLEX FOR ME TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CAPABILITIES OF THE DEVICE. ALSO, WITHOUT THE SUBWOOFER THE SOUND WAS TOO FRONT LOADED AND 'IN YOUR FACE' TO BE AN ACCEPTABLE SOUNDBAR FOR THE SPACE I WAS IN.OVERALL IT WAS TOO COSTLY FOR WHAT I NEEDED.

    Fits right in place of where we wanted. Easy installation, but requires a wall bracket.

    When it worked, sound was awesome. App on iPhone was unstable at best. One minute we would be watching a movie and all was great, few minutes later and the surrounds would drop off and next to impossible to reconnect. Spent an hour on the phone with a BestBuy tech with no resolution. While returning, two other customers were returning their Sonos purchases for the same reasons. If the app issue was resolved, they would be great.

    Got this sound bar along with the rear speakers and sub worked great and sounded great for the first two weeks but after that it was non stop problems with the system disconnecting having to reboot everyday to get it to work and hour long tech support calls with sonos. I ended up returning the system and got the Bose sound system which has been working great.

    Sound was good. Sub was inoperable so I had to swap it out. Volume wouldn’t adjust o rear speakers and their customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with. I literally had to tell their rep how the app worked.

    I have other Sonos products and admire their range of sound. The ARC Ultra is very disappointing. My smaller Sonos Beam soundbar has better sound. The Beam has a deeper and richer bass When playing music it reminds me of how AM radios used to sound

    Way over priced for what you get

    I bought this based on the reviews from others trying to upgrade from the Bose system. The sound quality was poor, and as far as the bass it was barely noticeable even after adjusting it in the app. There are some shows where the bass would bump a little, but as far as shows, I even tried the ones that broadcast in Dolby. The app is fairly difficult to use as you have to hunt for anything useful. This doesn't come with a remote so you have to use the app. If you have to switch between sound sources, you have to use the app. It doesn't automatically switch. For anyone looking at this, go with the Bose system. The sound quality is far superior

    Poor quality control. First unit was not current production model. Died in less than a week. Thanks Best Buy for shipping crap!

    Might be too soon to review this product, but performance so far is less than stellar considering the price tag. I will spend more time on the settings to see if I can improve my experience.

    It is decent but not sure that it is worth the price. Harder to connect and set up than it was than expected and the sound is not mind blowing to me. If you decide to buy this you will definitely need rear speakers to make surround happen.

    Honestly not impressed with the ARC Ultra with Sub 4, crazy volume rages watching a movie, so queit to where you cant hear anything and next second it is blasting. This happens on all movies or just normal tv. My 10 year old Bose sounds better than this did and yes my TV supports Atmos.

    Sonos customer service is awful. They’ve been telling me they’ll replace my Arc Ultra because one of the speakers busted within the first month and they still haven’t done it after I’ve followed up with them 4 times. I’m now past the return period with Best Buy. It’s not worth the money.
