The SONOS Elite sound bar works best when it is paired with an elite TV and a e-arc port.

I was so excited to get a Sonos. It takes too long to hook up to the TV (initial set up-customer service horrible ) … then after you get it set up most days when you turn back on there is a delay in the sound kicking in. Yes it’s hooked up proper…nothing wrong with the TV …

I wanted to love this because it looked so good, unfortunately it was way overpriced and it underperformed.

Not as loud as I expected it to be. The quality is similar to the Sonos beam in my opinion.

Incomplete, inferior, defective, instructions. They spend most of the time bragging all it can do, very little how to make it work. I tried a few times to connect it to my phone and never connected.

Price dropped right after we purchased. Was told by salesman it wouldn't drop because of it being brand new to the market.

Worst system I’ve ever purchased.Dealt with customer support on numerous occasions and no results to my issues.Absolute junk.Ill never purchase another Sonos product

Easy install of app and use via cell. Sound quality is superb as well as adjustments pairing and fine tuning all speakers and subs attached to system is a smooth process. Overall 10 of 10. Usually my go to is JBL but Sonos won me over in comparison.

software for use via smart phone is poor. Makes use of sonos equipment difficult and expensive.

Just got done setting up the soundbar for a new home theater system. Pros: - setup in the app was straight forward - moved an existing sub mini from one system to the new room in a couple of clicks - super easy! - great sound quality Cons: - price is a bit high but was able to replace my old bulky towers for a cleaner look - app integration isn't super great for everything

I live in a condo and had Arc Gen 1 immersive setup in an average sized bedroom. I constantly got complaints from my neighbor and could never enjoy movies at night without using night mode. I was tired of having to constantly changing the volume during movies that I switched to the HW-Q990D. Decided to comeback to Sonos for the Ultra and boy oh boy did I miss the signature sound. The soundstage and bass has matured and balancing level issues are non existent. Dialogue is so clear and clean. I can now finally enjoy movies at night. My set-up is Arc Ultra + 2 Era 300s + Sub Mini

I love this soundbar… if you can afford it and want your TV to sound awesome and or want your music to sound like your live in a concert… get this soundbar… price is a little steep and there is no remote but the sound quality is great and it’s easy to setup…

Love this soundbar! Noticeable difference in performance from our prior Arc soundbar. Set up of the soundbar was easy but the challenge was resetting our other speakers in the system so that everything worked right together. Also learned the hard way that our gen 1 subwoofer doesn’t work with the new arc ultra. Still would recommend this arc soundbar!

This is the ultimate soundbar that meets all my sound needs. It creates a realistic effect with my tv shows. Especially when a car chase or action scene comes on. A helicopter is heard slowly coming from afar and then it feels like it's in the room with you.

Excellent sound. Makes the movie watching similar to theaters. If you wait until it goes on sale, you get an even better value.

Great product, deep sound, easy setup. I would definitely recommend.
