Bridge works well for my upstairs system, but the signal is sometimes too weak for my downstairs system.

I like the capabilities of this product but it has not arrived due to lack of streaming of Google Play

Instructions were limited. had to go online to determine what i needed to do to firewall settings.

purchased as a gift (3 speakers in all) for a music lover to use in the house.. unable to try product in store prior to purchase… ordered item… finally heard product on a display in different store… not happy with the quality of sound for the price.. would rather have the old school hardwired bookshelf speakers.. returned product without opening it.

You do not need the bridge if you have a good WIFI or Ethernet connection to one of the units. I ended up returning this and bought another speaker instead...

We did not need the bridge to operate the Sonos speakers from our smart phones. I'm not sure why the BB salesperson sold it to us. We returned it.

If u could hard wire one sonos speaker to the router then the bridge is not needed. The wired speaker becomes the bridge for the rest of the speakers.

This Hub is just infrastructure gear. Nothing more. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular… just a little white box you will plug in and hide from everyone's view since we don't want to clutter our rooms with more "gadgets"… plus this Hub needs no interaction from my part so - it's just there sitting, hidden, lonely… :) Sure, it triggers and makes the "Sonos magic" happen (read my Sonos Speaker review) but the Hub itself means nothing to me...

Should have the aux port in it. You shouldn't have to buy another device for it. You need thinks order for the speakers to work (lame)

Sonos allows you to use your current wifi network now. So no real use for this anymore

I ended up not needing to use this product so far.

I still have not had the opportunity to use the product. I have already bought a new computer and now they are telling me I need a better wifi connection. Be ready to spend if you buy this product.

as it works with sono device only if you already have a sono system or you are planning to buy one that's gonna be good one for you.

This probably could be rolled into a package with other Sonos speakers because I hate shelling out $50 just for another router, which this basically is. With that being said, this is basically the foundation to building and filling your music in your home. Just like your router connects your laptops, TVs and iPads and smartphones, this bridge creates a private network for all your Sonos speakers. Why do you want a private Sonos network? No skipping, no buffering, no interruptions. I have an airplay receiver and it skips occasionally, maybe once or twice depending on where I am in the house, but with Sonos, I'm outside, kitchen, bathroom, living room and it never skips thanks to the bridge. Piece of cake setup by just opening up the app, plugging this guy in and hitting the button on the top of the bridge.
