We love our Sonos system. We bought the Sonos5 for our home but decided we also wanted to be able to enjoy the same flexibility with our music in the same way outside and unfortunately the only way to do that is to buy the receiver. I was excited when I saw an open box deal and was able to save $60. It has been worth every penny and would have been at full price too. We have music in the house at all times and this allows you to integrate your old stereo into the sonos, control by app, world. Sync both rooms, play in only one room, play different things in different rooms, pause, control the volume- having different volumes in each room- so cool.

unit working well now but not as intuitive to set up as imagined. took 45 mins w Geek squad, 1hr with Sonos & finally had to call home theater company to finish set up. 1st unit was defective & returned to store . 2nd eventually worked well but still not easy to set up. ability to stream audio services nice

I love Sonos products, and this open box item is no exception. There was nothing wrong with it, no blemishes, scratches - nothing. The only difference was the box - it was not in its original box. Everything else was there. Connected right into my current audio equipment, using my own speakers. It sounds amazing! I would buy this again!

I love this product as it allows me to play vinyl records through sonos speakers, however not sure it is worth the price for everyone.

This Sonos system was recommended to me by the Geek Squad to setup several music zones throughout my house. Downloaded the Sonos App and everything works perfect.

Like all Sonos, this was very easy to set up and use. Sound quality is great. It works well

I connected this to my Sony Amp and have had no problems streaming to the connect/amp once I set up the device using the Sonos App. The sound is clear. To hear the sound I do have to turn the volume up all the way using the app. A new Sonos Connect is on its way to be shipped early September and will be in black with an upgraded digital/analog converter.

Don't Be Affraid, Anyone can have music in any room. Simple setup and works flawlessly.. Great job Sonos

I like the WIFI music experience that is readily controlled by my phone. It allows me to send great music to a few rooms through my dated Marantz receiver.

I have an 6.1 home theatre set up in an older house. Wanted to add sound in other rooms without tearing into old plaster walls. Looked at many wireless options and glad I went with Sonos. So easy to set up. Plus I can add more speakers as needed. I used the digital optical out on the Sonos and plugged into an open input on the receiver. Works perfect thru my current speakers.

Bought this to make it easier to stream music to outdoor speakers for parties. So simple to install and use - the Sonos app makes it incredibly easy to play music from my iPhone, or a local radio station, or Sirius/XM through my existing amplifier to the outdoor speakers. I bought an open box unit from my local Best Buy - it was in perfect condition.

I love that this works with my existing stereo and can bounce between controls via iphone or ipad. I also really liked that I could access my satellite radio through Sonos.
