Worked perfectly right out of the box. Plugged it in an it was instantly seen by my Sonos app and i was listening to music within minutes.

the best device so far that I have encountered for music streaming(specially FLAC). needs some enhancements; like auto power off, physical remote, etc

Works great. Used this to bring my old school stereo equipment with wired speakers throughout the house into the Sonos world.

The hookup was easy. The sound is good with my marantz sr6800 tho I was disappointed to learn the sound is in stereo only, not surround. I am not technical enough to figure out a way around that.

If you want to have easy access to your media server CD collection via your existing stereo/home theater system, the Connect is the way to go. Love it!

Even though this thing has been around for years and uses 11g wireless, it's rock solid and connects to an external DAC, so you get SONOS with high fidelity.

The sonos Connect works wonderfully to connect our old Stero equipment to the sonos speakers! We can now enjoy listening to our albums once again!

I thought I was going to have to return my sono's speakers, but adding this I can now use any device with my sono's speakers. Sonos is an excellent product

i needed a way to bridge the gap between my receiver and the speakers in my backyard without commercials. This was the best thing available.

Hooked this up to a Marantz receiver through the stereo output. Wired direct to router, source music coming from pc on same network. Wasn't happy with the sound quality of the Sonos DAC over the on-board Marantz DAC. Also wouldn't play some of my FLAC files due to encoding errors yet they play fine via the Marantz over my PLEX media server from pc. Did not have this issue using my pc files via PLEX on an amazon box or xbox one s. It's a good product that was easy to set up and attach accounts to, the app works well, just not what I was looking for in a HiFi situation.

This is hooked up to a multi zone Onkyo receiver so it can play inside, outside or both.

The connect is so easy to set up. Also easy to add to my phone. So now all of my hard wired speakers can play on my wireless sonos system! So cool. And definitely worth it!
